Notre condo récemment rénové, dispose de 2 suites parentales, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète. Et en tant que condo au 1er étage, vous pouvez passer votre temps à parcourir les sentiers à proximité plutôt que de monter et descendre plusieurs volées de marches au fur et à mesure que vous sortez du condo.

Nice property

10 minute walk to downtown or short drive. Very quiet and convenient condo. Enjoyed our stay and Pharis was an excellent host.

Great stay!

Great condo! So convenient to the main drag you can walk everywhere! Right down the street is First Baptist Church which has a great pastor! The condo is very well equipped with all things you would need in the kitchen. Would certainly to stay here again and a a a matter of fact recommended to my aunt already!

Great Location

Pharis did a great job on telling us how everything worked in the unit. The location is just a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and have already booked our next stay in one of Pharis units.

A Perfect Choice

The condo was just a perfect size for the two of us and our small dog. The location is wonderful - you can walk to everything downtown...even to the outlets. The complex is small, quiet, and well taken care of. The owner contacted me before our trip and we had no trouble finding it and getting into the condo. Pharis even gave me some recommendations on restaurants in the area. The area is beautiful, lots of good hiking trails, places to eat and shops to explore. The condo was exactly as portrayed on the site. It was clean, adequately stocked , and very comfortable. This was our first time in Blowing Rock and we enjoyed it immensely. A great place to stay and to visit!

First Floor Condo

My friend and I were in Blowing Rock for 4 nights. The location was very convenient, lots of parking spaces, quiet area with several restaurants within a couple of blocks. We recommend burgers at Blowing Rock Brewery and anything at Twigs especially the zucchini side with salmon. Loved the original art and hardwood floors throughout the condo, nicely decorated and pleasant. I did need my sound machine a couple of nights only because I couldn’t find whether I was hearing a drip, a tic tok from the clock or a click from the ceiling fan. But that was minor and we very much enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion is that in smaller bedroom, the blind isn't the correct size and you could see in. Other than that , if we head to Blowing Rock again, we would stay in same place. We are senior adult ladies and we were very comfortable. The place was clean.

This is a great location for walking to Blowing Rock activities. There were a lot of people staying at the condos but it was still quiet and peaceful. Great stay!

The Host/Owner did not email the information for getting into the property and there was no cell signal at the property and after driving to a location with WiFi the VRBO app for some reason was not available/functional necessitating a call to a VRBO representative and the rep emailed this information. Upon entering the property there was an immediate stale musty smell. The living area furniture was dilapidated, truly worn out. There were cracks in the ceiling paint with some peeling in the living area and master bedroom. The second bedroom mattress was worn out. The blinds did not completely cover the windows throughout the property and the main entrance door had a side glass that was not covered allowing strangers to peer in. There was a intermittent drip in the master bathroom that I could not locate despite multiple attempts. The wall mounted heater/AC unit had a broken heater thermostat so that once the heat kicked on it remained on throughout the night prompting me to have to get up in the middle of the night several times to turn the heat completely off. This property was not accurately represented.

The blind did not cover the window preventing full darkness and privacy.

This side glass was not covered allowing anyone to peer in!

Great place to stay! Nice sized condo that is walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. Pharis was very responsive when we had questions. Will definitely stay here again!
