We absolutely loved our vacation time at this beautiful house. The golf carts were amazing for getting around. We will definitely look at staying at 5301 Tivioli again!!!

Condo was as pictured. No issues. All 3 beds on the main floor could use new mattresses. 2 King and 1 Queen. Kitchen was stocked well but it would have been nice to have even a sample bottle of dish liquid and a few dishwasher cubes. Golf carts were nice and convenient.

One of our favorite parts was having two golf carts included with our stay! We absolutely loved being able to hop on the golf carts and go everywhere we wanted without having to use our car. It made getting to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and exploring the area so much easier and added so much fun to our vacation!We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad to leave. The Home was everything we hoped for and more, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Sandestin and would love to stay here again on our next trip! 🌴☀️🌊💙

A. This was a beautiful property. The host was quick to respond with any of my questions. It was an added bonus to have the golf carts available to get around the resort. There’s also a nice pool with walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in the resort so you don’t even have to leave the property. We want to come back here again.

The location is fantastic! Having 2 golf carts was very helpful and convenient if family wanted to split up. We had some very minor issues, but things were handled immediately. Communication was wonderful!

We love this home! It’s perfect for family beach vacations. Beach is only a quick golf cart ride away. Restaurants, baytowne, shops all just a fun golf cart ride away. We have stayed here 4x and loved every minute of it. The host is fantastic! Great communication and attention to details.

We have stayed in this area for the past five years, and this is by far the best rental we have experienced. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near everything we needed.One of our favorite features was the two golf carts, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. Our grandbabies absolutely loved the bunk beds, and we were impressed with how clean and sturdy they were.The entire family enjoyed spending time on the porch, whether it was gathering for early morning breakfasts or relaxing over late evening dinners. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare budget-friendly meals during our stay.We did experience a minor issue, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about the responsiveness and care of the host.We will DEFINITELY be staying here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay!

Great Escape

We have been coming to Sandestin for 15 years for a boys golf trip each November. The accommodations were just as described. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you can ask for. Golf carts for a quick trip to the beach or into the shops/restaurants on the resort wee perfect.

Great stay

The villa/condo was perfect for our group of 9 (adults and kids). Golf carts were definitely a plus which made it easier to go to/from pool/beach. Ice maker wasn’t working (a minor inconvenience). Overall, a great stay and will definitely come back!

If notified, we would have gladly delivered ice to the unit and sent a member of our maintenance team to fix it. Amazing home for a family vacation

Golf carts were the best. Pool was really warm but that’s happens in Florida in august. Had the best time. Grocery and liquor were a short golf cart ride away.

Great house!

We loved this property and the proximity to the beach. The house was everything we hoped it would be. The location was quiet, but very close to the beach and other attractions. Highly recommend this house for families. Our host was great and checked on us throughout our stay. We especially liked having two golf carts so that everyone didn’t have to be on the same schedule.

Amazing getaway

I stayed with 8 friends for a beach getaway/conference. The condo was spacious and gorgeous. The golf carts were a life saver. We hardly used our cars! Everything was a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely stay here again! Beautiful beach, great food and Baytowne Wharf!

Great beach rental

This was our second time staying here. Location and unit can’t be beat! Love having two golf carts for our large group. We had a problem with one of them and management company had maintenance out early the next morning and it was a quick fix. Would definitely recommend!
