(2 day minimum) You must reach out to us at least two days prior, as depending on the time of the year it takes a few days for the pool to heat to temperature. There is no extra charge to heat the spa, as it is on demand heating. In the cooler months the spa can take a couple of hours to heat.

Entire home is private to the guest staying. Guests will be given a designated code for their stay the day of arrival.
House Rules:
**This is a gated neighborhood with a 24/7 guard. Guests will be required to provide the names of all guests staying at the property at the time of booking for access to the neighborhood during your stay. All guests are required to show their ID when checking in at the guard shack to obtain access. Visitors to the property must be approved in advance and is at the hosts discretion. You must contact us to request approval of any non-guest visitors. **Any unauthorized guests or visitors to the property will result in immediate termination of your stay.***
***No parties, events, gatherings**** A $950.00 fine will be incurred if this occurs and reservation immediately terminated.
***No pets, smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed*** A $950.00 fine will be incurred if this occurs and the reservation immediately terminated. Booking guest will also be responsible for any damages incurred to the property.
*Maximum of 8 guests
*Must be at least 25 years of age to book
