Canyon View: Treat Yourself-You Deserve It!

Welcome to Canyon View, an upscale soft contemporary desert home tucked away in one of Tucson's most desirable private neighborhoods. Located at the base of the Catalina Mountains between Ventana & Sabino Canyons, enjoy convenient access to hiking, cycling, biking, golf, dining, and more! Amenities include expansive desert, city, and mountain views, pool/hot tub, new furnishings, etc. Please read the house rules and other details before booking.

This beautiful home is walking distance from the Sabino Canyon National Forest recreation area. This home includes a private pool, large eat-in kitchen, spacious living room with 8' pool table, large flat screen smart TVs and more! Gas grill, outdoor dining area, private covered patio spaces accessible from most bedrooms. Please note that although this is a one-story home, it has a sunken living room (one step) and some areas require one or two steps to access. AZ TPTID: 21325898

You have access to the entire home with private pool and hot tub. Park in the garage or in the driveway. Please note that there is no RV parking on property and no street parking. We allow a max of 4 cars on property - two in the garage and two on the driveway.

Yes, host was great. We did find shortcomings in the kitchen. We prepared a lot of meals onsite. Luckily I brought 2 tubs of kitchen items so it worked out for us. What we found missing was a keurig coffee machine (not everyone wants the same morning drink), baking dishes and pans especially glass baking dishes sized 9x13 and 9 inch square and a Dutch oven pot.

We were a group of seven seniors. We so enjoyed the large common rooms, the spacious sleeping areas with huge closets and huge bathrooms. We spent many hours on the outside deck, drinking coffee in the morning and watching the desert landscape and wildlife. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every single day of our 5-day stay. Our host, Magic, was very pleasant and responsive. Any question we had was answered right away. He's great! We wouldn't hesitate to stay in that beautiful home again.

The pool and hot tub were well used. It was nice having some pool floaties to enjoy. The pool table enhanced the stay, but didn't factor in to selecting the house.The house was very spacious for our group and more remote from town which we really enjoyed. Overall a delightful stay and lovely first experience staying in Tucson.

Our New Home Away From Home

From our first contact with the host, we had a top-notch experience. Communication was smooth and easy. The home fit our needs perfectly—our teenagers had plenty to keep them occupied while we worked remotely. The location was beautiful, and we saw a variety of wildlife every day. The house was well-stocked with all the essentials and was very comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Great family holiday with our adult kids.

We enjoyed this spacious home with a pool table, pool and hot tub. Close to hiking and walking trails. Nice sunsets!

Great “feel at home” stay.

The orange tree is dying from lack of water!!! The beds need toppers on them. They are extremely hard and the master is too soft. The front door battery meds to be replaced. The handle on the shower in be 2 is missing.

Better than Described!

This house is GORGEOUS! Super comfortable and has everything needed. Exceptionally clean. I have stayed in many rentals and this is the ONLY one i woukd return to stay again. Mattresses were very comfortable. The entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional.

Very nice!

Stayed for a week in June with daughter in law and 3 grandchildren. The pool hot tub pool table and kitchen were very well used ! Despite being very very hot we checked all the boxes of things to do. House was very comfortable and clean. Excellent cooling! Nice neighborhood. Good communication with manager.

Beautiful Natural Setting

The location is stunning (and not as far away as it looks on a map — anything you need is within 10-15 mins). The house is huge, clean, and very well appointed and maintained. Back patio and pool area are beautiful. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

We were here for our last family weekend at University of Arizona with 3 generations coming to celebrate. The setting is gorgeous with the views, the pool/hot tub, and neighborhood. The location can seem a bit far out on a map, but it is so easy to access everything. You can't hear any road noise and the evenings are spectacular. 3 of the 4 bedrooms access the outside directly which gives everyone a feeling of privacy. The kitchen area is open and easy to cook in. Everything in the house was very clean and kept up. The pool table was a fun activity too. The neighborhood is peaceful and the setting is ideal. I can't rave enough about this home!

Great location!

Lovely property in an amazing location. We stayed here for my sons graduation week and had such a lovely time. Would really recommend. Quiet location with beautiful walks all around. Very close to sabino canyon which is full of lovely trails. Great host nothing too much trouble.

Fabulous AZ home

Our family stayed at Canyon View when we had a wedding in Tucson. The home was pristine and was the perfect landing spot for all of our weekend activities! The location is fabulous
 nestled in the Catalina foothills. We visited Sabino Canyon (.5 miles away) and enjoyed hanging by the pool. The house itself is beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely visit again!

A Little bit of Heaven in the Catalina Foothills

The perfect setup for two couples....in our case. That left two additional bedrooms for a larger group. We really enjoyed the house, location and the wild life. The Hot Tub got some evening use as well as the outdoor fireplace. We had quite a variety of birds at the feeder just outside the front window...bought some bird seed to keep them happy. A family of quails we ever present along with a Road Runner and one morning early a family of Javelins paid a visit. A good variety of Restaurants were close by...every one seemed no more than 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed the hiking in close by Sabino canyon hand experienced the amazing landscape and trails. Did we enjoy ourselves...Absolutely...would we recommend it definitely

Cycling and relaxing

We road cycled around Tucson by day and enjoyed this beautiful property in the evenings. Hot tubbing as the sun set was a treat after a day on the bike. Garage was clean and a perfect place to keep the bikes. Kitchen and lounging areas were perfect, pool table is in great condition. Would happily rent this place again.
