The brand-new luxury vinyl plank floors lead you into a modern kitchen complete with quartz countertops, custom-built closets, and a full suite of new appliances—including a fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and programmable coffee maker with a built-in grinder (because you deserve fresh-brewed perfection before hitting the trails).



The open living space features all-new furniture, including a 3-seat power recliner couch perfect for winding down with your favorite shows on the 55” Roku TV (guest mode ensures your streaming accounts log out automatically at checkout). Or take it old-school and bring a DVD to watch after a visit to the iconic Last Blockbuster—just minutes away.



Sleeping arrangements are comfy and convenient, with a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the main living area that tucks away effortlessly. Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Pioneer Park Rentals Rentals manages more than 15 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
