Pine Point Beach House

Passez vos vacances dans notre charmante maison de plage qui a été complètement rénové et est un duplex. Belle plage de Pine Point et célèbres 7 miles du Maine de Sandy Beach est à seulement 3-4 minutes à pied de loisir notre rue calme, conviviale et familiale. Notre maison spacieuse de style maison de ferme est grande, lumineuse et décorée avec goût. Un côté a bois franc magnifique et les planchers de tuiles avec 4 chambres, 2 salles de bains neuves, un salon et une cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils. L'autre côté a 3 chambres à coucher et 1. 5 salles de bains. Chaque chambre est très spacieuse et dispose d'une télévision et un ventilateur de plafond. Tous les appareils de cuisine sont nouveaux avec ustensiles de cuisine complète et commodités. En dehors de la grande cour est parfait pour les pique-niques ou des barbecues avec barbecue à gaz et beaucoup de meubles de jardin. Nous avons beaucoup de chaises de plage et des jouets de sable pour les enfants à utiliser !!

Rented house for a weekend wedding at old orchard beach. We had 11 adults in the house and it was perfect. Great accommodations and location was perfect.

Great Little House Near the Beach

We loved staying at this house. Great setup for the family and some friends. Quick drive into Portland and a quick walk to the beach. Awesome seafood eats nearby. We would to stay here again in the future.

House was fantastic. Everyone had their own space and we could all gather in dinning and living room together to reconnect. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, screened porch (front and back) were awesome, grill was clean gassed and ready to go.

Family vacation

This was a beautiful property. We had 8 adults and 4 children 7ys to 11yrs. We had both sides of the house and had plenty of room! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and many restaurants near by. Everything was spotless when we arrived. On the few time i emailed before the trip with questions i always got an immediate response. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Such a beautifully maintained home. Very close to the beach. We hosted our son and his groomsmen and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend this home.

Excellent property

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was so close to the beach and other enjoyable spots in southern maine. Sheila was so easy to work with!! We had more than enough room for all of our guests. We had all the conveniences needed to cook our own meals, wash and dry our clothes. The one thing I worried about was that it had no air conditioning (it was extremely hot the week we were there) we had no issues in fact we actually ended up cold at times because the ocean air was enough to keep it cool.

Beautiful Home

This home and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful! Very close to the beach. It was a little noisy because it's on the corner of a very busy street. Lots of motorcycle traffic, construction across the street and the house behind us was very loud. I'm not sure if they're permanent residents or just visiting but the kids screamed all the time, the dog barked continuously and our first morning we were awakened by a mom literally screaming at her child because he/she wouldn't get out of the car! The child was screaming back to her. It was a lot! Keep in mind, this had nothing to do with our hostess. Her property is lovely!

Great for a large family group!

This large, clean, well equipped property is a lovely short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. The two halves of the house were exactly what we needed. The large house was where we prepared meals for 11 adults & two children, and we easily fit around the dining room and kitchen tables which are just a few feet apart. That split grouping made perfect sense for us, instead of a long table. It was perfect for us. Sheila is an excellent communicator ---starting with the listing, which is very descriptive and accurate, continuing with rapid response to our questions (we had very few) and additional information about the neighborhood. Everyone (from grandparents to toddlers) said they want to come back here again.

A Visit Enjoyed by All

We rented both sides of the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient to the beach and food for those wanting to eat out or by a few groceries. The house was extremely clean and very nicely decorated.The kitchens and living areas were good. The beds were acceptable but not outstanding. Every aspect of staying there was easy to manage, across an age span of 11 to 80 years. Our one complaint was that after one night there was a toilet paper crisis - needed to buy more.

Fine time in Pine Point

This property exceeding our expectations. The location was convenient to many services and attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend this rental to any large group looking for a fun place to stay.

Perfect Retreat

We are a group of college friends who have gathered together every year or two for 35 years. ( Don't tell anyone, but we each turn 80 within the year.) This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Everything is clean and neat, and well decorated without being overdone. We enjoy long breakfasts and dinners at the ample (for 8) dining table, tell stories gathered in the living room, enjoy happy hour on the screened porch and make easy meals in the well outfitted kitchen - newly updated and easy to work in. We rent both sides of the property which gives us ample bedrooms and a second kitchen for the early risers. There is plenty to do in the area and we usually travel along the coast, walk the beach and just enjoy being together. We love this cozy spot.

Lovely place!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The home is charming and comfortable and very clean and had everything we needed. The yard is beautifully landscaped and includes a picnic table and lawn chairs. The porches were a great spot to relax. The beach is beautiful and only a short walk away. We enjoyed strolling the neighborhood too. The area is lovely. Sheila is a helpful, responsive host. We plan to return!!

Amazing!

The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The house worked perfectly for our large family, 10 adults 5 grandkids. Short walk to the beach and a number of Lobster shacks. Back yard was beautifully landscaped and was very large. I highly recommend this property.

A charming house in a beautiful location.

This property is clean, freshly remodeled and well- maintained. Small issues were quickly resolved by the owner. You can rent half the house as the units are completely separate. We rented both units as there were 8 people in our group. Seven bedrooms in all. Very hard to top this as a rental. Pine Point is a little beach community off the beaten path. I would love to live here.

Beautiful home and surroundings.

Very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Stayed there for a week when son and daughter-in-law graduated from college and the house easily accommodated 14 of us comfortably. The beach is beautiful, in walking distance and it was enjoyed daily. Highly recommend!

Creating Lasting Memories for Young and Old

Our family vacation could not have been more perfect. Sharing a week in Pine Point with our family was the first item on my "bucket list". The house easily accommodated the ten of us and all of our many needs (laundry, showers, dishwashing) so effortlessly. There was ample space and comfort for all. The beach was a huge draw, and we were there every day walking the beach, jumping in the waves, and playing in the sand. The fact that the playground was so close was "icing on the cake". Some of us rode our bikes, while others enjoyed the short walk. We all loved the beautiful yard and the screened in porch for conversation and for dining. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels, linens, dinnerware, cookware. It was sad to leave, but we now have incredible memories of our amazing family vacation in Pine Point, Maine!
