It was wonderful and very spacious. For such a big place that holds a lot of people there could have been more seating in the kitchen. All in all very enjoyable and already booked for next year

Our family had a great stay here!!We had multiple families age 1-71 and the space was perfect for us. It was clean and the location is absolutely unbeatable! After reading some of the reviews we did bring our own larger pots & pans, some extra toilet paper, camp chairs for living spaces & shower curtain which we left up. There was a broom and dustpan which was helpful for sand. Overall our family had an amazing stay and can’t wait to stay here next year!

The house was in the perfect location as we had 5 kids and it was easy to go back to the house if we needed to. The views from the house were spectacular and we all fit comfortably. There were a few things that I wished the house had, beach chairs and beach towels and I wished the kitchen was a little more stocked, think it lacked a few essentials. We had a great week and I was so happy to be able to spend a week with my family in Pine Point, it was magical!! Thank you!!

I just got back from a great vacation with my family (8 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old). The house is so spacious! The view and 2 minute walk straight to the beach made the stay so special! We could spread out and have alone time or gather together on the large upper deck, in the open floor plan kitchen dining room, watch tv in the basement, or on the beach. Bonus puzzle table in the basement! The large wet bar for drinks was clutch! Perfect location. Steps away from OOB or a short drive to Portland. Would definitely reccommend for any family vacation or group of friends. Only complaint is to fix the ice maker, the wine fridge kept shorting out when the dishwasher ran, and a couple large couches in the main kitchen dining space would have made things much more comfortable. If traveling with littles, bring a baby gate!

A great house and location. Lots of room for my family of 9. It could use some more essentials though. Very little kitchen supplies. Also needs some updated pictures. There was no hot tub and pictures showed more couches. So not lots of sitting areas. My family had a great time though

Incredibly wonderful beach house. Plenty of room for 8 adults, 6 children. Would recommend for any group with lots of ages and preferences. Helped to create wonderful family reunion.

The location was basically perfect and the house itself was beautiful with stunning views. I wish I could leave a 4.5 star for the house and a 2 star for the host. The house was spacious and updated, the porches with views of the beach were our favorite place to be. There had clearly been work done recently and there were a few finishes that had been left undone, but didn’t affect our overall experience. The only improvement I’d suggest would be adding some more furniture, particularly comfortable seating in the top floor living space. The reason for the low rating is that we had a leak during a rainstorm that turned into a health and safety issue in the house and the hosts slow responses turned into no response for the last few days of our stay. Even efforts after our stay to resolve matters were met with no response from the host. I would stay in the house again in a heartbeat under a different host.

This house was in a PRIME location. The views were gorgeous from everywhere in the house. We really enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out on the many porches. This house was even better than expected, two massive kitchens, plenty of bedrooms to spread out and so peaceful. You are also only a short drive away from the pier. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is stunning! We stayed here with our wedding party and it couldn't have been a better place for it. The beach is steps from the house and the location is close to both Old Orchard Beach and Portland for restaurants and fun. Lina was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed during the stay. If I could have one piece of feedback it would be that the beds in the basement room are a little thin - better for kids rooms than adult rooms. Overall, such a beautiful house that's great for a group.

This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional. Would recommend and hope to visit again if we need space for a large group.

This is how the other half live. We stay at this house for five days. We love how we got the private beach access. The house could accommodate more people as listed.property management stay in contact with us, and help us with our needs. Excellent property.

The location of this property was excellent, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for our group.Unfortunately, the home felt quite understocked for a larger stay. There were only enough towels provided for each guest, we ran out of toilet paper by the second day, and the kitchen lacked many basic supplies. There were also no cleaning products available, such as a broom or surface cleaner, which made it difficult to keep the space tidy during our stay.Communication with the host was somewhat slow at times. Additionally, about an hour before our scheduled checkout, workers arrived and entered the home while several members of our group were still packing and getting ready. This made us feel uncomfortable and rushed, particularly as a group of women.Overall, the location and layout were great, but better stocking of essentials, improved communication, and more consideration around checkout timing would have made for a much better experience.

Little snafu as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived but the hose had it cleaned and ready within a few hours. Beautiful home and location but spartan furnishings and items. Kitchen was pretty light on pots, pans, etc. there are two washing machines but no soap, a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent, etc.
