Belle et élégante maison de 6 chambres face à l'océan avec accès direct à l'eau

Élégante maison en front de mer sur plus d'un demi-acre de terrain avec piscine à débordement, accès privé à l'eau et deux ponts pour profiter des plus beaux couchers de soleil de l'île de Porto Rico. La maison est joliment décorée avec six chambres chacune avec une salle de bain attenante et deux demi-bains .... mais vous aurez à peine envie de passer n'importe quand à l'intérieur! Commencez votre journée en faisant un plongeon dans notre piscine à débordement, puis descendez dans l'eau grâce à notre accès privé à l'océan où vous pourrez faire de la plongée avec tuba, du paddle board ou simplement vous baigner. En saison de surf, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes à pied de certains des meilleurs spots d'Aguadilla, ou prenez un court trajet en voiture jusqu'à Rincon ou Isabela. Vous pouvez également marcher jusqu'à Crash Boat Beach, l'une des plus belles plages de la région. Dans l'après-midi, prenez votre boisson préférée sur le pont supérieur ou inférieur et profitez d'un coucher de soleil différent chaque jour, surveillez les oiseaux de la région, les bateaux de pêche pittoresques et, selon la saison, surveillez les baleines ou une école de dauphins .

Le seul problème que vous aurez avec cette propriété est que vous ne voudrez plus partir!

The house was perfect for our growing family. The bedrooms were so and the outdoor pool area with the magnificent view was amazing -where we spent most of our time. The kitchen and living areas are perfectly stocked. We loved our stay and look forward to booking it again in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful vacation home again. We were initially here in April 2025. We loved it so much we booked again for February. I booked this specific time in hopes to see the whales. Well we did see a couple from our back yard.The home is clean, roomy and very accommodating. We had 12 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. I loved having the living room doors open leading to the pool letting the breeze in. We also had a chef come to prepare dinner for us one night. Coral was amazing to deal with. She set everything up with the chef and it was an amazing night.The home is stocked with everything you need. And is only 5 minutes from Crash Boat Beach. Great beach bar there as well. And Coral and Albert responded quickly with any questions we had.

Our family loved this property!!! The outdoor spaces were even nicer than the pictures on the VBRO webpage. We spent most of our time outside either playing volleyball or in the pool. Plenty of outdoor seating spaces for our family of 15. The older family members brought all their snorkeling equipment and spent hours in the area behind the house. We do recommend some type of water shoes because the rocks were jagged. We would recommend this property to others 100%!

Great house for large family

Everything was better then expected. Host was great, house was great. Lots of amenities. Great size kitchen for feeding everyone and tons of outdoor space to relax. Not much around in terms of a cool town but grocery store is just right up the road. Would definitely stay again

Amazing property

We held our small wedding at this property in combination with a weeklong stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. My family also rented the house next door which created the perfect situation for everyone to get to know each other. Both properties are incredibly beautiful, the hosts are so generous for allowing us to do this, and we created memories for a lifetime during the week. If you have a chance to stay at Villa Carambola, do not hesitate!

The property it's is absolutely breathtaking

The property is absolutely beautiful. However upgrades do you need to be made. We were able to enjoy our time anyways with our family, as we don't get together often. The staff was very responsible and great with communication and fixing the issues that occurred. My favorite part about the Villa was the private beach the water is very calm. Beautiful views and hone

This is a beautiful property that backs up to a cliff just off of the ocean, providing beautiful views all day. The outdoor spaces are great, with a ton of space for lounging and hanging around. The house has plenty of room for large groups. The property manager communicated well day off for check-in and throughtout the stay when we had any questions. This property is set back deep into a neighborhood, so plan accordingly, its not an easy in/out to the closest stores. Depsite power issues jn the area, the generator provide plenty of power throughout our stay with no issues. 10/10 would stay here again.

Very beautiful

Amazing property. Beautiful backyard and pool! The overlook into the ocean is great. There isn’t a beach to relax at behind the house. It is pretty rough waters out there, but if you bring your own snorkel gear and you’re an experienced swimmer, I would assume the snorkeling would be amazing. There are sandy beaches within 10-20 minutes drive. We had a 50 person wedding here, and it went off without a hitch.

Large family vacation

This property has the most amazing outdoor space, pool, sunset and view of the ocean. The kids loved the waves at the beach and spending time at the pool. We did lots of great excursions including Toro verde zip lines, Tropical trail rides in Isabela, and snorkeling. There's lots of room for the families to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to any needs. We had a great and forever memorable time. The only negative was we didn't find any touristy type shopping locations in Aguadilla.

50 in Paradise

i would like to thank the owners, for sharing this Paradise with others. i celebrated my 50th Birthday at Villa Carambola; and it was an experience i will never forget...truly magical! My family was so comfortable, the house is so family friendly and even baby friendly, beautiful, and its location...perfect! i will say...the photos don’t do this place justice! it was so much more beautiful than the photos. i will also say that the housekeeper/maid, did an excellent job of cleaning up daily. i have traveled around the world; but, this was truly the favorite place i have stayed! Hopefully i will stay again with my family...Thank you !

Our new “go-to” PR vacation house rental!!

The house is beautiful! Location is perfect! Not too far from major highway, but far enough for complete privacy. Can’t ask for better views from the house. The private beach access was so nice! The house was FULLY stocked with everything you need (with the exception of food of course). Had every type of pan, pots, a million options for dish-ware, tons of utensils, coffee machines, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, bugs spray, garbage bags, tons of beach towels, shower towels, laundry detergent, etc. The house was SUPER spacious and always cool temperature. Powder room by the pool came in clutch! Property manager was awesome! Always replied to our texts questions within minutes. House keeper was also super sweet. We will ABSOLUTELY stay there again!

Family Vacation

The pictures really do not do the property justice. The property was bigger than I was expecting and we were pleasantly surprised. All 14 of us had our own space with plenty of room. Communication with Seelena and Coral once there was seamless. The property was perfect for our small wedding which was approved in advance. With that being said one of the freezers was down the majority of the stay which was difficult when coordinating an event. It was appreciated that is was brought to our attention immediately upon arrival. The comforters on the bed did not appear to be washed prior to the beds being made. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay at Villa Carambola or the other associated properties again!

Literally Incredible

Truly cannot recommend this property more! A group of 11 of us stayed for 8 nights because our friends were getting married nearby in Isabella. This house exceeded our expectations and some. The grounds are meticulously kept. One morning while they were trimming trees they gave us coconuts and papaya from the yard. The wifi worked well while some of us checked in on work in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom (big plus for us). The kitchen was perfect to cook meals for the group and had 2 refrigerators so there was plenty of room to stock up. Nearby grocery store had everything we needed. Washing machine. Plenty of towels to use. So much outside and indoor seating. The pool and access to the water was beautiful. And the sunsets…some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. Had great weather the entire time. Nice neighbors that were renting a similar property next door. And the communication with Coral was easy and quick. She even helped us line up dinner one night and a nearby place for massages (highly suggest both). We cannot wait to come back!

Tired property

Location and bones of the house are fabulous but a lot of work is needed to bring it back to it's potential. Only the bedrooms are airconditioned (they work great), most of the screens had holes, quite a few of the windows did not open, one of the ceiling fans did not work, Lamps in one of the bedrooms did not work, The stairs to the beach needed repair and were dangerous to access the small beach. When the caretakers showed up to maintain the grounds, they used the outside hoses and there was little to no water pressure while they were there daily. Lost power a couple of times and the whole house generator worked great but the internet and TV were not working while on generator. The home chef was wonderful. Beds comfortable. shower water temp was cool and took 20 minutes to reach luke warm. we were charged for a broken lamp and canopy bed (they were not broken by us, but 2 of the lamps did not turn on as well as one fan). We had a great time just wish the place was better cared for.

Almost Paradise

Our whole family was in Puerto Rico for my sons wedding and were thrilled to lengthen our stay at Villa Carambola. The home is beautifully decorated & the architecture is awe-inspiring. We were concerned about no ac but that wasn’t a problem at all. We opened all the doors (and there are many) as soon as we woke up and enjoyed living in the well-appointed indoor/outdoor open spaces. There is plenty of space for all. Beds are comfortable & kitchen has everything you need. The home is also stocked with books, which we loved! We ate at the large table on the patio every day. We had some problems when we arrived but Coral came in and took care of many of them, including the refrigerator breaking and having to come up with an alternative. She took care of that along with some other issues in a very timely manner. A few things in the listing we were excited about but ended up being very disappointed: We rented this house because we loved the idea of being able to be outside all day. Too many seat cushions are missing and/or completely ripped up and stained. Nothing like the pictures. The sitting area under the tree frequently had a strong sewer smell and the cushions were very stained on both sides. The loungers on the deck didn’t have any cushions, so our bottoms didn’t want to sit there and watch the sunset. The seating area consisted of a broken coffee table and cushions that were torn, terribly stained and very unappealing. We just feel, for a beach house, having appropriate outdoor furniture/cushions would be a pretty high priority. The good news is that the owner has now approved getting new cushions, but it would have been nice to have such an important detail taken care of before paying guests arrived. If we held the wedding there, we would have been furious at the lack of attention to details and general upkeep. Another area in the description that we were looking forward to, were the availability of steps down to the water and even doing yoga on the platforms. They are pretty worn, shake a lot and even have a step missing. We looked down there every day but there’s no way you want to go down there unless you were very strong to do snorkeling. It is a lot of large rocks and rough water. Over all, we loved having our family together and enjoyed our stay at Villa Carambola. It could just use some freshening up.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your review. It was a joy hosting your group. Since your visit we have updated the cushions and they look fantastic! We would have liked for your group to enjoyed them. Constant rain storms and heavy sun damaged them and it was hard to find options for a quick replacement during covid in our small town. We appreciate your feedback as it allowed us to take a closer look and make decisions. We added the stairs before hurricane Maria when we used to have a beach. As of now the are an added feature that just leads you to the water. Strong swells broke them last year and we are working with contractors to get them fixed but the access to the water remains. They have not represented a problem for most guests but please know we are working with contractors to figure out a way to fix them safely. Hopefully by Oct the work will be done. A new refrigerator was purchased and if it were to fail our dedicated team will make sure to get a working refrigerator for our paying guests. This was a first timer but we are proud of how our team was able to find a quick solution. We will be closing the house for most of sept and partially in October to freshen up and remodel. This was scheduled for last year but the pandemic did not allow us to complete the work. Overall we hope you were able to enjoy your experience. As a rental property we do our very best to provide the best service and take into consideration the feedback provided by our guest. Thank you!

La arquitectura de la casa es precios con unas vistas espectaculares. En nuestra opinión necesita una limpieza más profunda había mucho polvo, necesita mantener la pintura de la casa al día en sus alrededores. La cocina tenía algunos gabinetes rotos. El baño de visita se quedaba botando agua y necesita un up date urgente. Los vecinos son unos imprudentes un familia alquilo la casa del al lado pues era una boda familiar algunos invitados se estacionaron. Allá y ellos peleándose por que la gente se estacionaron allá sin saber que éramos familia. Nos callo lluvia y el patio donde estába la carpa se inundó deberían tener mejor drenaje. Yo les doy 8/10 pero puede ser un 10/10.

White glove service and what a view! Amazing experience with the property managers and high level of communication which made our stay much more easy. Would highly recommend staying here for family reunions or private events.

Aguadilla Puerto Rico is an island vacation dream location. The house is located approximately 20 minutes from the local airport where flights arrive daily from US cities such as Newark and Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, snorkeling scuba diving, and surfing hot spots, tranquil seas perfect for paddle boarding, and plenty of great restaurants featuring both local and international cuisine. Aguadilla is only 30 minutes from Rincon and 20 minutes from Isabela, these three cities have the best surfing in the island. This house is designed for vacationers who want either plenty of activity or peace and quiet, it's entirely up to you! The infinity pool is a combination of a 30 foot pool that ranges between 3.5 feet to 6 feet deep and is perfect for early morning laps, please know the pool is not heated. Also part of the pool is a 10 foot by 8 foot sun shelf that is ideal for younger children who want to splash in the sun.

With six bedrooms, each including an en suite bathroom, exceptional closet space, and private balconies it would be easy to imagine this location for hosting a perfect wedding destination. The cliff side deck overlooking the ocean and facing the western setting sun is an ideal location for an afternoon ceremony followed by the perfect reception party.
