La bonne nouvelle est que Surf787 Guest Villa n'a pas subi beaucoup de dégùts aprÚs l'ouragan Marias et nous sommes de retour dans les affaires. Nous avons tout: eau, électricité, Internet et une vue imprenable sur la belle Rincon. Peu de propriétés sont à 100%. Rincon est beau et propre à nouveau et les restaurants sont ouverts. Venez aider les relations publiques à récupérer et à profiter de notre ßle incroyable.

Nouvelle villa moderne avec vue sur l'océan située sur la colline de Rincon dans un canyon tropical, à quelques minutes des plages de surf et de baignade. Parfait pour les passerelles familiales, les rencontres, le yoga, le SUP et les retraites de surf. La villa dispose de 6 chambres (7 chambres en option) et 5 salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement 12-16 personnes. Toutes les chambres ont A / C, TV / DVD, mini-réfrigérateur, ventilateur de plafond et WiFi. Cuisine gastronomique entiÚrement équipée, salon et salle à manger avec vue panoramique sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil. Piscine aménagée avec goût et barbecue, studio de yoga et salle de jeux privée avec table de billard, table de ping-pong, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société et matériel de musculation. Parking pour 6-8 véhicules. Disponible toute l'année. Séjour minimum de 3 nuits.

The 4 days stayed was so beautiful. Everyone was very comfortable with their stay. It has a pool, toys for the kids so much to do as the adults.Roger is an excellent host. He was there at all times if we had questions. If you have a large group that’s the place tone. I highly recommend this house.

This is an awesome property. The communication with property owner was easy. If you are in Rincon definitely stay at this property. Although we were not at the home that much. When we were there we truly enjoyed the home. Lots of board games. There was something for everyone to do. My only complaint was the limited hot water but definitely didn’t spoil are vacation.

Great stay for a girl’s trip.

Roger was super helpful with the check in process and solving some initial issues with the property amenities. The fitness area was not exactly as pictured on the site, however that did not detract from all the other features that were as depicted. I recommend the property for families and small groups.

Perfect Family Rincon Vacation

Fantastic house in every way! Literally had something for everyone. Spacious very comfortable rooms, wonderful kitchen, game room, pool and outdoor spaces, fabulous views! This place has it all. Great access to Rincon beaches but remote enough to be quiet for our early sleepers. Best host ever!

Sweet 16 Getaway

My family and I traveled to Rincon and stayed at Roger’s place. We had more than enough space for our group of 11. The amenities were all great, including the pool and workout space! We loved that we were all able to dine together as a family for dinner in both of the indoor and outdoor spaces. All of our family enjoyed this property and we would definitely book again!

Perfect house for a large group

We gathered four families including kids to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary, and this house had everything we needed. 7 bedrooms, big kitchen, large family room, pool, and very close to many beaches in Rincon. Roger was a great host, and we would highly recommend this to anyone needing a large house.

Had a wonderful stay at Roger’s house. House was comfortable and large; had everything needed to relax and have fun. Pool, game room, outdoor gym. Close to town center of Rincon and the beaches. Roger was great host and we had a blast surfing with him. Highly recommend.

Home was amazing. Well stocked. Just as pictured. Roger met us at check in since we arrived after dark to show us around. He made us feel very welcome. Was available for any questions. Views are amazing. My favorite spots were by the pool and the hammock on the top floor.so relaxing and just our family needed.

Simply Perfect!

This house is amazing and perfect for a big family. Kitchen and common area are on the middle floor making it convenient for resting quietly in the bedrooms. Roger was so kind and helpful, it really made our stay superb. Frieda and Taino were very welcoming ;) We recommend it 100%. Hope we can come back for a lovely family time. Game room and gym area were teenager's favorite hangout place.

Fun spot for family gathering

Roger's house was a good home base for our group of 10 (ranging in age from 10 to 81). The game room and pool were great amenities for the younger set, and we all enjoyed the spacious living room/ dining room and the second floor verandah. Bedrooms were well-appointed and AC worked. The kitchen was spacious but less clean than we would have liked. Multiple refrigerators were welcome. Roger was a friendly and helpful presence. It was a treat to have coffee amongst the tropical flowers and hummingbirds on the yoga deck!

Beautiful and quiet space with lovely amenities

Myself and friends stayed for my birthday week and had an amazing time. The pool and views were gorgeous, not to mention getting to town and other areas of interest was a breeze. Loved the rooms and the kitchen was great for group dinner prep- not to mention lots of privacy when needed due to what a large space it was. Checkin process included 30 min of details given in person by Roger, who was very nice, but I wish it had been in writing- otherwise it was a dream and my group now wants to come back and stay another time. We loved it! Thanks again Roger for hosting

Incredible House With Great Vibes!!!!

Had an amzing time time staying at Roger's house with 9 of my closest friends for a surf/fish/eat bachelor party! Roger has great advice on the best places to go with the smaller swell we had for the 4 days we were there and also hooked us up with excellent surfboards to ride so we didn't have to fly with our own. Overall I would say for a house with 10 guys in it it felt nice and private with room for everyone to take midday naps and enjoy their own space. I give this house 5 stars and would come back and stay here again for sure with a large group!

Property is in a great secluded area with stunning views of the ocean, but it could be cleaner.

The property is excellent for a large group and kids. It is located in a secluded area with stunning views of ocean and Desecheo (a small Island). However when we arrived we had to clean all the A/C’s (they were not throwing air at all) and certain areas. Certainly this affected our complete experience, which was not expected for a property of this caliber.

Fantastic house for big families looking for eco-adventure.

We stayed in early January of 2024 and had a fantastic time in Rincon. Roger, the owner and property manager is super helpful and is a 20+ year surf instructor. We were 12 people - two families with 4 young adults each. Highlights: - Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. - Big kitchen and common room. - Pool, patio, light weight room, and game room. - 10 minute walk downhill to coffee food truck (big hike back up!). - Drive to shopping, beach, surfing, and scuba in 10 minutes. - Drive to mountains, caving, and bio-bay in 1.5 hours. - Be sure to go to the Rincon art walk every Thursday night - big party in downtown Rincon.

Great stay!

This property is tucked up in the mountains with a beautiful view of the ocean and Rincon. Very spacious and clean! The view from the pool was so beautiful that we thoroughly enjoyed making it the evening hangout spot! The host attended to all our needs promptly! We will come back again when we return to Rincon. Short driving distance to some of the most beautiful beaches! We didn’t need air conditioning during the day as the breeze through the house was perfect! The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups! It has a common area with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and three on the bottom level. We did not use the 7th bedroom, which, I believe, was on the main level.

Perfect for our college age son and friends

We took our freshman son and 4 friends to PR for spring break. They picked the house because of the pool and game room, and used it all! Easy drive to the beach, grocery store, downtown RincĂČn. Another plus - we wanted to try surfing, and Roger hooked us up. We had a great experience with the beach he picked and the instructors he arranged for us. Beds were very comfortable and the AC in each bedroom worked well. Kitchen is stocked, although dishes and pots/pans are a little hodge podge - only one rack in the oven - but we made it all work and cooked 3 nights during our trip. Love the outdoor grill with the griddle. House is a little dated, but the boys didn’t care at all and it didn’t detract from our stay. Great sunset view from the porch on the top level - with the hammock! Great week overall - Roger is a fantastic host!! Highly recommend.

He leads a team of experienced CPR-trained surf instructors who provide exceptional surf instruction and positive reinforcement. Roger decided to build a nice Villa in a Paradise and Rincon was his choice. He will make your stay at Surf787 truly memorable.
