Maison de plage de Costa Paraíso

Costa Paraiso est un paradis en bord de mer situé dans la ville d’Aguada. Le sable, l'océan et la merveilleuse brise tropicale vous permettent de vous sentir détendus et bénis dans les mers des Caraïbes.
Cette résidence glamour de deux étages peut accueillir 12 personnes au deuxième étage et 10 personnes au premier étage. La résidence Costa Paraiso est située à proximité de plages dédiées aux sports nautiques tels que le surf, la plongée avec tuba, le kayak, le beach-volley, la natation et la pêche. La Table Rock, El Ucar, Pico de Piedra, entre autres, sont les plages sur lesquelles vous pourrez pratiquer vos sports nautiques préférés.
À quelques minutes de Costa Paraiso, vous trouverez des restaurants traditionnels et internationaux, des bars sportifs, des pharmacies, des magasins de proximité et des boulangeries. La rampe de mise à l'eau est située à proximité d'un casino, à seulement 20-30 minutes de la résidence. Friends and family spring break

Overall the house was a great place to spend a week. The location was great. It had a great beach out front that is almost all sand where the kids and adults had a great time boogie boarding in the large waves at the beginning of our stay. The last few days were calmer where we were able to snorkel in the reef to the west where we saw lots of different fish. There is no ac in the common area which wasn't a huge deal for me since most of the time there was a nice breeze the kitchen could've been a little bigger but overall the house and location was great. The pool was also a nice space to hang out for those that didn't want to go in the ocean and was cleaned mid week.

Absolutely beautiful home

The property is like the pictures. It has basic amenities. We grabbed pool and beach toys from the store. We had a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Best beach we could find

We loved this house but the beach made it so perfect!!! We tried a few other beaches and after a few minutes the kids all wanted to come back to our beach. It had the best big but gentle waves perfect for boogie boarding, and just splashing in the waves. Its a gorgeous sandy beach and not very busy. Its so great to be to just run back to the house to grab a drink or rinse off. Sunsets were amazing! We thought we would be hot all day but the gentle breeze off he ocean made sitting in the shade around the house perfect every day. The kitchen was big, with the essentials. We loved eating out back and had a few meals with the private chef (Sergio) recommended by the host and they were AMAZING! He was so friendly. There are plenty of beds and so much seating as well as a few comfy little nooks around the house to hang out. The pool was perfect but it got used less than expected with how great the ocean was even at night. We all loved the game room! 2 washers and driers was really nice too! The house was clean and well maintained. You can tell the salt water and humidity is hard on things but overall it was clean, pest free and comfy. Overall the home was even better than the photos portrayed!

Beach Retreat

We were a group of 7 traveling down to Puerto Rico for the first time and this home certainly didn’t disappoint! It was spacious, clean, and the amount of space/rooms was perfect. Situated along a gorgeous strip of beach was the icing on the cake! Calvin was extremely responsive with the check-in process too. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful house with amazing views very comfortable. Great yard with BBQ area With ocean view. Very clean with plenty of comfortable beds & pillows made it perfect. Close to many beautiful beaches. Love the off the beaten path location, the beach so close and the pool. Also, that 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Our friends love the spacious common areas!! 97th Papas birthday family reunion

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beach were enjoyed. Perfect spot for a sunset. Cavin, the owner responded to our needs personally and immediately. Our 6 families had plenty of room and absolutely love it!! Having the two kitchens and five bathrooms was great. I will come back!!

40th Birthday Celebration

The house is amazing, so much space for everyone, there were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of space. The rooms are great size and each with their own bathroom which was really nice. The views of the ocean and the horizon were perfect, in the morning you could sit outside enjoying a cup of coffee and listen to the waves and in the evening you could have a drink watching the sunset. Calvin was great at responding, we noticed a couple things when we got there and he had the someone come out right away. It was an amazing vacation and many memories were made.

Amazing place!

This house is beautiful!! Better than expected. Everything was very clean. The rooms are very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is great, near supermarket and places to eat. The beach was very nice, and to have it right there in your back yard is priceless. The host was very nice and responded quickly to my inquiries. I would recommend this place 100 % and would definitely book again.

Beautiful Property

This house and the beach in front were stunning! The rooms were beautiful and airy and the pool area was gorgeous. Luckily, we really never felt like we wanted to leave. However, the kitchen could use some restocking (limited dishes and cookware). There was an açaí bowl place down the road we liked, but not a lot in the walking vicinity. We got some yummy take out and enjoyed being on the property. The beach was just gorgeous.

Great beachfront property away from crowds

Our family enjoyed this home in front of the beach. It accommodated our large group easily and even has an apartment like area downstairs with its own kitchen. Awesome backyard area with pool, which is where we spent most of our time. Calvin was accommodating and checked on us via text. If you are looking for a place away from the crowds during this pademic time this one works great.

Amazing beach house!

We stayed here for spring break with our family of 5 and another family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and the host found us a chef to come cook us a few meals during our stay. He was wonderful! The house is steps from the beach- it’s very walkable and had tide pools and lots of sea glass. The sunsets each night were incredible, our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t air conditioning in the kitchen, only in the bedrooms. So it got a little warm in the kitchen in the evenings. But we spent most of our time outside, so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, perfect host, perfect everything

The house is on a beach that is sandy and swimmable. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of seaglass on the beach. Calvin is a super host, available for anything you need when you need it. Quick to respond to every minor and major thing we needed. The house fit everyone comfortably and there were 4 families staying together (16 people total). I can not say enough about this property and its host. Everything was more than expected. Thank you Calvin!

Christmas at the beach

Wonderful 9 day stay at this property. We stayed here with 8 adults and 6 children of various ages over Christmas. Beautiful large property with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Kids loved the pool and pool table and the location was perfect for beach walks and exploration of the western side of the island. Windy weather and heavy swells at this time of year limited our ability to swim out front for most of the stay but that was a seasonal issue that would not always be the case. Host was extremely fast to respond when we had questions or a few minor maintenance issues. The house has a generac whole house backup power system which worked well when we had a localized power outage in the town for several hours during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we had a large group. Nice touches for the holiday season included a Christmas tree and holiday lights. Gracias Calvin for a wonderful stay in your beautiful property.

Great Location; Run-down, Damaged & Dirty House

Amazing location. BUT no hot or cold running water available anywhere in the house for 15 hours - and no apology or taking of responsibility. (It wasn't the host's fault, you see, and we are just a bunch of complainers.) Noisy, invasive construction work being performed on the premises. Inadequate supplies for six guests. Damaged furniture, broken faucet and missing drawer and window handles, chipped dishes, burnt pots and pans. Stained upholstery, rusted furniture, filthy walls.
