While these matters are handled by our cleaning team, we take full responsibility and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Your feedback has been shared directly with our cleaners, and additional steps are being taken to ensure higher standards, including more thorough inspections prior to check-in. We also regret the condition of the front porch and yard at the time of your arrival. This is not acceptable, and we are addressing procedures to prevent this from happening in the future. We sincerely apologize for the challenges experienced during your stay. The issues described do not reflect the standard of hosting we strive to provide and were never the result of disregard or lack of care. We would like to emphasize that we remained in continuous communication throughout the stay and were responsive and attentive to every concern raised. At no point were the guests ignored. Upon being notified of the pest issue, a licensed professional exterminator was immediately dispatched, who provided treatment as well as clear guidance regarding the extermination process and follow-up expectations. In parallel, our maintenance and cleaners team was scheduled to address the additional matters mentioned, including parking access, door locks, and amenities. We take all feedback seriously and have acted and will continue to act to ensure that these issues are fully resolved. Providing a safe, comfortable, and high-quality stay is our top priority, and we remain committed to continuously improving the guest experience and delivering the level of hospitality our guests deserve.
