We loved it! Plenty of space for the 12 of us. Huge secluded lot was great for the grandkids to run around and play outside. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We rented the house as home base for a track meet. It was everything that we needed. Only losing one star for the price. It felt expensive for the area but we needed space, proximity, and a kitchen, so that was why we still chose to rent it—and actually will hope to be back when regionals are in Gretna again.The kids loved the turkeys that greeted us when we arrived. They also thought the chickens outside of the lower basement room were fantastic. The kitchen was probably one of the best equipped of all of the rentals we’ve stayed in. The arcade game was also a plus. I especially appreciated the fact that the non-stick pans weren’t all scratched up and leaking teflon or anti-stick agents into the food we made.Things were really cute and clean. Bathrooms were stocked with little extra things like light pads and razors. Plenty of bedding, lots of fluffy pillows. If we had wanted, we were close to the outlet mall. There was a very nice HyVee close by, with a large selection of things for diet specific concerns (keto, GF, DF, vegan, etc…) the owner also gave us a recommendation for a local GF bakery as well.Things to improve—the gravel drive was very uneven and had some deeper furrows in it. The bathroom fan in the upstairs room with the king bed makes some very loud noises after being run about 10 minutes.Overall, definitely recommended.

Everything was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms and the basement with pool table, games, Arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids (and adults to be fair!!)Kelly the host was very flexible with everything and replied to any questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend this to a large group of people. 2 rooms in basement with queen beds in each room. Bunk bed upstairs on another room and two other rooms with queen beds plus a bathroom plus one room had en-suite too. Plenty of eating space, kitchen dining section plus dining table in separate area - lots of seating inside and out on deck! Great location with outlet malls a five minute drive and grocery a ten minute drive! Highly recommend

This was a perfect place to host a ladies workshop for the day. The house is beautiful, it is so quiet being out in the country. I don’t think there was anything spared to have anything you could need while you’re staying here

From the initial confirmation email to closing up the home, Kelly was warm, friendly, prompt and thorough in all of her communications. The home was immaculate, well stocked and highly organized. Especially appreciated was the drawer of all dinner things for little ones!

Our group of church women leaders stayed here the night before our convention. The home was immaculate and beautiful, and all the rooms were so comfortable. We did not spend many hours there, but did enjoy nearby establishments near Ashland. We would highly recommend this country place, close to the city, yet with a rural view. A wonderful experience!

Great Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Gretna! The house fit our group of 11 extremely comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. It’s in a quiet neighborhood backing up to the countryside, and we even saw wild turkeys and deer during our stay—such a peaceful setting.The location was perfect—just a short drive to Werner Park, where we caught a Storm Chasers game, and close to the Omaha Zoo, which made for a great family outing.The home was spotless and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds. The kids especially loved the arcade-style video game, and the pool table was a big hit with the whole group. Communication with the host was easy and smooth from start to finish.We give our highest recommendation for this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Omaha area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Gretna farmhouse - awesome!

We loved our stay in this home. It was spacious, clean and comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials plus extras. Our family, including a tween, loved the rec room with pool table and arcade games. Located in a beautiful rural setting, but conveniently close to lots of fun places to go.

Peaceful Country Home

My family enjoyed this comfortable country home! Something for all ages, games, deck for relaxing, swing for kids, fire pit for evenings and a neighbor who serenaded us while sitting by the fire, truly an added bonus. Very clean and comfortable with added touches if you forgot any toiletries. Thank you for a beautiful place to rendezvous with our adult children and grandchildren.

We had a fabulous stay! Accurate description of the house, very quiet and plenty of room for the family to spread out. We had 9 adults and 5 kids under 5. It was the perfect location for us, close to 3 state parks and a 30 minute drive to the zoo. We would definitely stay again!

The Peaceful Getaway

This was more than what is advertised. A beautiful home inside and out with more than enough room than enough space for whatever number of people one could ask for. The owners were very responsive, cordial and considerate of our needs during our stay. Highly recommend this home for the large spacious rooms and very quiet surrounds. Very thankful to Kelly and Trevino for the wonderful hospitality!

What a gem of a property!

The home and property speak for itself (amazing amenities, serene space, delightful design and cozy), but the service and experience that The Nunos provide is what makes this place one off our all-time favorites.
