🔒 Security Deposit & Policies
A $500 security deposit HOLD will be placed on the card 7 days before arrival and released within 3 days of departure once the home is cleared of any damage.

📋 Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 28+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 14 guests
• Absolutely no pets allowed
• Please NOTE there will be a $500.00 security deposit HOLD placed on the card on file 7 days before arrival. You will receive an email after booking with more details on how and when this is done. This hold will be released in 3 days OR once the home has been cleared of any damage.

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.
For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:

☀️ toiletries and personal care items
☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys

Some items may already be in the home from previous guests, but we recommend coming prepared or making your trip to the store AFTER checking in so you can check out what you really need.
