Enjoy the breathtaking ocean views of the emerald waters and sugar sand beach ~ right from your own balcony at this low rise complex! Relax in the KING bed!
Take a short walk to Panama City Beach's Pier Park where you'll have plenty of restaurants, shopping, attractions and nightlife to keep you entertained!
HEATED pool once pool temperature is below 85 degrees.
Condo is located in The Continental and is on the 4th floor.
Parking Pass will be available in the room upon check in. It is a rear view mirror type pass. If your vehicle does not have a rear view mirror, the pass should be placed on the driver’s side dash. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay. Each guest must display the pass with ALL required information fully visible from outside the vehicle at all times while parked on the Continental property.
Only FULLY COMPLETED parking passes are acceptable. Blank or incomplete passes subject the vehicle to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
No smoking permitted in room or on balcony. There is no smoking permitted on any balconies in our complex.
**Due to construction in our parking garage, parking may be limited. If you find a parking space on our property, you’re welcome to park there for no fee. Please display the parking pass found in our condo for parking at our complex.
Off-site parking is also available next door at the Hampton Inn parking lot for free. Just let them know you are a guest at Continental.

This was our 2nd stay here and we love everything about the property, great and convenient location, right on the beach, short walk to many great restaurants, shopping, the pier and other activities plus a short drive to grocery or necessities.

Anniversary weekend getaway did not disappoint. Great location and everything was as advertised. Couldn’t ask for much more. Had everything we needed and more. Definitely would recommend to everyone else and would definitely book here again.

We enjoyed this condo for our honeymoon. It was a smaller building so the beach behind was never crowded. The only complaint we have is we didn’t book a few more nights. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed staying here. Everything was east from start to finish. I contacted Tamara a couple of times with questions and she was extremely prompt in getting me answers. The view was amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice & exactly what was listed. It does needs a new front door and a way to see who is at the door, ie: a peephole or ring doorbell
I'm glad I brought my door stop it made me feel a little safer. All in all I would use this condo again.

Beach stay
Check in and communication with owners was very easy. The property located right on the beach, which was very convenient. Property was clean and comfortable for us 2, wouldn't recommend more than two people for this property, would recommend stocking more toiletries like toilet paper. Lol. Or make sure you stop at the store to stock before you get there. Would stay again.

Overall pleasant and comfortable
We needed better lighting to be able to sit on the couch and read. Lamps on both ends would have been nice. The TV was too high on the wall, not comfortable to sit on couch and watch.

Great relaxed vacation.
The condo was in a great location. The view was spectacular!!! PCB did not disappoint. The Lord blessed us with great weather and the beach and ocean was better than I've ever seen it. Everything was spectacular! IHOP was very close and that's were we ate breakfast every morning. We signed in the evenings at our favorite spots...Captain Andersons, The Captains Table, Pineapple Willies, and Salt Water Grill was a new place. All were excellent. At 60 years old, I parisailed for the 1st time. EPIC experience!

Perfect for couples or family of 4
My fiancé & I decided to do a last minute beach trip as our Christmas gift for one another and came across this listing. Needless to say we will 100% be staying here again. Very clean room. Great view of the ocean. At night time you can hear the waves while you are sleeping & that was so peaceful. Perfect studio apartment for couples or small family of 4. Perfect location for a short drive to pier park & walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Packable beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels were provided in the room which was a huge bonus. The few questions we had, Tamara, the host, replied in a very timely manner. You will not regret staying here!
