Year-round in Steamboat:
Steamboat is one of Colorado's best-kept summer secrets. From your door, walk to Wild Plum for shopping, hit the Yampa River trail for biking and tubing, catch a rodeo, soak in Strawberry Park Hot Springs, or hike Fish Creek Falls. The Wild Blue Gondola - North America's longest and fastest 10-person gondola - runs in summer too for sightseeing and mountain biking access. The neighborhood itself is beautiful: big trees with year-round lights, walking paths along the creek, and quick access to everything that makes Steamboat special.

For ski season:
Free ski loop shuttle if you'd prefer a ride to the base. Convenient ski rack right outside the condo door, plus a spacious mudroom for boots, helmets, hats, and gloves. Steamboat's recent expansion added new chairlifts, the entire Sunshine Peak area, and the Wild Blue Gondola - there's never been more mountain to ski.

The kitchen:
High-end appliances throughout — Café range, Monogram double oven, large built-in fridge, and a wine fridge. Beautifully stocked coffee bar with both Keurig and drip.

Entertainment:
HDTVs in the family room and every bedroom. Cable TV plus your own streaming app logins. A Sonos Move portable speaker that travels with you to the patio or wherever you want music. Fast WiFi (622 Mbps).

Parking and access:
One private parking spot in the heated underground garage, with a semi-private elevator that opens right next to your space — ideal for unloading luggage and ski gear. Plus plenty of at-grade street parking for additional vehicles.

The little things:
We stock what most hosts forget — laundry pods, full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and plenty of coffee pods. The kind of small touches that make you feel like someone actually thought about your stay.
