We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week leading up to our daughterâs wedding and utilizing it for the bridal party getting ready space. My older daughter and family also stayed and everyone had their own space, which was perfect. Having the pool right across the street was so convenient as it was quite hot when we were there. The large windows brought in beautiful natural light for the makeup artist and the wedding photographer in the wedding day to capture some really stunning pics of us getting ready for the big event. Location is great, parking spaces were nice as we had multiple vehicles, and overall itâs a beautiful place.
Wonderful home that had everything we needed. While it does NOT have A/C, the primary bedroom had an external unit that was used and needed, keeping things cool. Came with Dad and family for his 93rd B Day and a good time was had by all!
All 8 of my closest family met at 'Memories on Mountaineer' for 4 days over the 4th of July. The host has really thought of everything that makes a vacation special, from lots of convenient pool towels, to an armoire packed with games, to a well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes to feed a crowd. Checking was simple. The host sent us detailed info just when we needed it and was super responsive to our questions about the property as well as Steamboat happenings and parking. The grandkids cried when they had to leave. We all had a Lovely Time!
This was our 2nd year staying at Memories on Mountaineer for our family Spring Break trip and we had another great experience. We did experience a few cleaning misses upon arrival; however management handled it quickly upon our notification. Great sleeping/bedroom arrangements for an extended family vacation with 2 generations/3 households together under 1 roof.
We stayed here with a group of 10. Good location and shuttle to slopes stops every 10-15 minutes right in front of garage. We had some issues with our freezer--no ice and handle fell off immediately. Management staff (who were very responsive) delivered ice right away though machine remained unfixed. The 4-person bunk room is tiny and really meant for little kids! Overall a good stay
This Condo was perfect for our family. We stayed for days for a Winter wedding and everything was so close to the slopes and lots of space for 9 of us to spread out. Well appointed and very clean. Would book again!
The property was better than we could have anticipated. It had just about everything we needed for the kitchen and throughout. The only issue was the ice maker was not working. Other than that we were in a prime part of town, within walking distance the resort base. We were also surprised to find a shuttle service would swing by every half hour or less to bring you to and from the base. We had a great time and would love to stay again.
This property was amazing. The views and convenience of getting to the Ski lifts and village activities during the day we exceptional! We have a Ford F250, so being able to actually fit inside the heated garage during our stay with room to spare was an amazing plus!!
The townhome was wonderful. It was in perfect shape when we arrived and the 4 bedrooms were nicely done and quite comfortable. The room with the bunk beds and trumble beds worked well for our 4 young grandchildren. Access to the pool across the street was a hit. And, having the hot tub and grill on the balcony near the kitchen worked well. Everyone said it was great!
We have been vacationing together as a family (10-12 people) for nearly 20 years-- MOST of those in the Colorado mountains for skiing and MOST of those in Steamboat. This is by far our favorite condo. Everything is set for a large group with plenty of sleeping arrangements, table settings, and a well-stocked kitchen. With 3 generations of skiers ranging from 10-82, the convenience of the on-call shuttle picking up outside the garage door couldn't be beat as it was easy for everyone to get to/from the mountain as they pleased. We had great weather for spring skiing and enjoyed the afternoon sunshine on the deck and in the hot-tub. We WILL be looking to book at Memories on Mountaineer again next time we're in Steamboat. (Also, as a UW-Madison graduate, I LOVED finding a UW coffee mug in the cabinet! GO BADGERS!)
Convenient, comfortable, and quiet. Great frequent shuttle to the gondola base area. Kids loved the private hot tub. Property management was responsive and friendly.
Three story home well appointed. Enjoyed hot tub on porch after the ski day. High end furnishings. Shuttle was prompt every 15 mins right at our door! Only wish was den furniture was not very comfortable. But the kids enjoyed it! And master has a fab sofa outside on landing. Master suite was superb.
Great house for our ski trip. Ski shuttle picked up right at the front door every 15min all day and took us right to the mountain base. 5 min walk to public bus stop to get into town for dinners. Very well equipped kitchen compared to any other condo Iâve stayed in previously. Very happy with the rental.
We loved our stay at Mountaineer and the location was perfect. Shuttle picked up outside our door. Unit was clean and everything was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.
This was the perfect family vacation spot. We loved having it close enough to get into town easily while also being removed from the busyness of town. The house fit our group comfortably and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for the many meals we cooked. The only negative I can say is the lack of air conditioning. We overlooked that detail and were caught off guard when arriving to an extremely hot house. It took a while to cool down the first day we were there but thankfully, we were able to track down fans for the bedrooms and figure out a system to help the other days not get quite so hot.
This has to be one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented. The home is gorgeous and the amenities are generous. The location is perfect. Our only complaint is the lack of AC during the summer. The high was 86 and inside was the same temperature. We will definitely visit again when itâs cooler next time!
We had a wonderful stay at Memories on The Mountain. It was warm cozy feeling and you just felt very comfortable staying there. We are hoping to stay here again next year for the annual Mustang Round up that Steamboat hosts every Fathers Day Weekend. Thank you for everything.
