When you need a break from the sun, the cool interior of your retreat features creature comforts like comfortable furnishings, tile flooring, and updated amenities. When hunger arises, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also off this space, you'll find a private washer/dryer - perfect for refreshing your vacation garb in.

As the sun begins to set over the water, head outside and fire up the gas grill before dining alfresco with the people who mean the most to you.

You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $110 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your fees. The Welcome Center will be closed on Sundays. All guests and renters arriving on Sundays may check in at the Guard Shack, which is staffed and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security will also be available to assist with any questions or concerns and can be reached at (956) 564-1511.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
