Weâre so excited to host you in this brand-new luxury designer home in sunny Port Isabel. Perfect for families or groups, this custom 2BR/2BA home features a heated pool, BBQ, patio, open kitchen/living, full-size washer/dryer, queen ensuite with desk, and a fun bunk room. Just minutes from South Padre Island, enjoy bayfront calm with beachside excitement nearby. No smoking, no pets.
YOUR SPACE:
This modern unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite has a queen bed, quiet workspace, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with ample counter space. The second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds (4 beds total), a large dresser, closet with French doors, and a cozy reading chair. Both bathrooms have modern fixtures, walk-in glass showers, and plenty of storage. The secondary bathroom includes a full-size stackable washer/dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen offers quartz countertops, travertine backsplash, stainless appliances, an undermount sink with sprayer, and tall light ash cabinets. Dine at the leather stools at the island or extend the vintage table to seat up to 8. The living space features soaring cedar-beamed ceilings, a smart ceiling fan, comfy leather sectional, and a 65" smart TV.
THE PROPERTY:
Orion B is part of a private triplex. Youâll have full private access to your unit. The pool and outdoor spaces are shared with Orion A (3BR) and Orion C (1BR). Contact us if youâd like to rent the entire property for larger groups.
INDOOR AMENITIES:
We provide linens, shower and pool towels, bath products, cookware, dishware, and a stainless drip coffee maker. High-speed WiFi (two networks), Nest smart thermostat, and remote-controlled ceiling fans are in every room. Note: Tap water may have a salty taste. Two bottles of water are providedâplease bring more as needed.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Grill your catch at the charcoal BBQ (tools provided), enjoy drinks on the patio, rinse off in the outdoor showers after beach days, and unwind in our beautiful shared pool and lounge area.

PARKING, ENTRY & SECURITY
Your private entrance is located at the back of the home, accessible via the alley. Two gravel parking spots are available behind the home beside the grill and patio area, with free street parking for extra vehicles. Smart locks with unique codes are issued on check-in day. Security cameras monitor entries and parking.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Weâre located in a quiet residential area next to a local park with a walking track, playground, and basketball court. Grocery stores are 1 mile away, and youâre just 2 minutes to bayfront restaurants and 7 minutes to South Padre Island. A free shuttle bus stops at the nearby park and runs between Port Isabel and the beach. Port Isabel is a peaceful coastal town on the Laguna Madre Bay, known for fishing, boating, birdwatching, and SpaceX launches. Itâs the perfect year-round escape for those seeking natural beauty and tranquilityâwith quick access to SPIâs buzz.
THINGS TO DO:
Surf, fish, zip-line, ride go-karts, mini-golf, horseback ride, hit the waterpark, enjoy tacos and margaritas, cruise at sunset, and of course, relax on miles of sandy beach.
