Hop in the car and discover a number of popular local attractions within 10 miles of this property including the Herring Run Recreation Area, the Heritage Museums & Gardens, the Sandwich Glass Museum, and the Pinehills Golf Club.

Originally built in the 17th century, these homes offer a wonderful blend of vintage and contemporary features ranging from rustic hardwood flooring and exposed beam ceilings to updated appliances and skylights. The well-equipped kitchens come with everything you need to brew up your morning coffee or prepare full-course meals. Dine at the adjacent tables (perfect for playing rainy day board games) or step outside for an alfresco experience on the furnished patio with the aid of your own gas grill.

Back inside, you'll find multiple, sun-filled living areas with plush seating for reading, socializing, or streaming your favorite TV channels.

For sleeping options, choose from a grand total of six comfortable bedrooms including a primary suite on the lower level of the main house and a kid-friendly room on the top floor with soaring ceilings, skylights, and a trio of plush twin beds.

This property also offers a private washer/dryer, books, yard games, and complimentary internet access.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
