Super convenient, a short walk from the beach, and the hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful.

Lovely Stay: Clean, Quiet, and Quaint with Great Location

We enjoyed our stay—it was very clean, quiet, and quaint. The short walk to Flagler Ave was great. The only thing that could have been improved was the pillows. Overall, it was a lovely stay with super easy check-in and check-out.

Was very happy with the boarding house I chose for my bf birthday.. everything was very pleasant, private, clean and quiet as far the room goes..like a hotel but better is say..shops, restaurants and the beach was literally a 4 to 8 minute walk.. would definitely recommend

Great location

We enjoyed the property and the location. The only thing I wish they had was, at minimum, a decent size dorm refrigerator or a small apt sized refrigerator. Other than that, everything was great!

Cute & Roomy

We enjoyed our short stay. Very cute and lots of space for just a room & bathroom. Parking is tight but doable. You can hear guests walking upstairs so hope they are respectful. But don’t get me wrong, in all, we really enjoyed the stay! The walk to the beach is no problem. The walk to Flagler Ave is also no problem. It was just what we needed.

Lovely Spot at the Beach

I loved my stay in the En Suite and would definitely stay there again. It was much bigger than expected. I saw that it said boarding house, so while I had a general idea, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. There are at least 4 guest spaces each with a (mostly) exterior entrance. The En Suite shares an entrance with the residence, but it's presumably a back entrance. As others noted, parking is tight but totally fine. Pretty landscaping. Good AC. Comfy bed. Only thing to note - the refrigerator is not a true mini-fridge, and I had some snacks spoil. I saw the fridge in the photo and made an assumption, but fyi for anyone else wanting to keep food/drinks cold. The location is awesome. It's an easy walk to the beach and only 10 minutes to the main commercial area.
