L'unité 4 est un studio indépendant au 2e étage avec un lit queen-size Murphy et un canapé futon. Peut dormir 2-4. Directement sur l'océan. À quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins de Flagler St. Jolie maison de plage avec plusieurs unités disponibles. Toutes les unités disposent d'un téléphone avec appels locaux et interurbains gratuits et illimités, de la climatisation à réglage individuel et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur et plaque de cuisson. L'immeuble comprend trois terrasses qui sont généralement appréciées par tous les locataires occupant l'immeuble. Une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse gratuites sont disponibles. Des chaises longues de patio confortables et un certain nombre de chaises sont fournies et peuvent être descendues jusqu'à la plage.

Perfect Studio Home

This was my second stay at the NSB Guesthouse and I enjoyed it even more than last year. Clean, quiet, safe, and a perfect location. You can walk for miles on the beach during the day and walk to Flagler Avenue in the evening where there are great shops and restaurants. The studio is spacious with a nice kitchen and plenty of outdoor decks and patios.

Fantastic Location!

As someone who grew up in Florida going to New Smyrna Beach as the default beach spot, this was a GREAT spot to stay! It was just me, my husband, and our one year-old. It was fantastic to be able to set up on the beach and make such a short walk back into the air conditioning for cooking meals and naps. We felt very safe letting our little one nap in the apartment while we sat on the back deck with the monitor, enjoying the view. Cannot recommend this place enough! We'll definitely hope to stay here again.

2nd Stay, Great Time Again

This is our second time staying here, another great time. Plenty of space for the 3 of us to hang out and ease into the day. It had everything we needed with some extras. Love having plenty of natural light available. The A/C works great. The stairs are a bit narrow and may be a concern for some people. The location is fabulous, right on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. The deck is spacious, allowing us to enjoy being outside without being sandy or have have dinner. Also a great place to meet people staying in the other units. Highly recommend!

Clean, functional and comfortable. One small thing would have improved our experience. The window shades were inoperable, so we had no natural lighting.

Weekend at the beach

Overall, we liked the condo. However, none of the blinds worked which made it dark inside. The hairdryer should be replaced. It overheated very quickly.

New Smyrna Getaway

My wife, daughter and myself stayed at this property for two days before our week stay at another location. The room and property were fantastic and it is a great location. Room was very clean and very well equipped. We walked everywhere and the beach is always fantastic. Very windy for two days, but the property was still very quiet. We will definitely be back.

A relaxing mini-vacation

Only negative thing I will say is that we only stayed 3 days, wished we could have stayed longer, everything else about the stay and the room was great…..great location, right on the beach, room had good space and all the amenities, great second-floor viewing deck to relax outside with unobstructed view of the ocean, did I mention it was right on the beach? Oh and owner was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my messages. This post would be too long if I stated all the great things about the property, really happy I found this location, I will definitely return.

Quaint little place in a perfect location

The property is pretty much within walking distance of to go to places. Right on the beach and drive by area but still quiet inside. It’s also very relaxing to just lounge in the back patio. Julie, the property manager is very prompt when it comes to communication. Definitely a good place to stay in!

Borderline dump

This place was not represented well. It had a rusty car rim for a "firepit" pathetic. It smelled like a dog groomer's shop Like you spray air freshener on an old smelly dog. There were someone else's boxer shorts (men's underwear)hanging on the "community" towel rack. They strategically took pictures so you couldn't see the busy on ramp that was within 20 feet of the house. The "shared balcony was far from your room, down a hall. I don't know how they fit the washer and dryer stack unit in the "laundry room". We walked in, looked around, shut the door, went to the "balcony" saw the boxershorts and the fire pit and left. I asked that they charge me for that night but to please refund the rest, but that will never happen because the so-called "VRBO Guarantee" is for the property owner only. It's a shame that the renter or "traveler" has no rights. They make you pay in full up front so you are completely out all the money. Will never do this again. there is no recourse. I wish I would have checked the reviews for VRBO because I would have found most people get screwed. Beware.

We mainly live in Orlando although we are out to the beach almost every week. We have the phone on 24/7 and respond quickly to any question, need, or problem.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been told by our tenants that our location is one of the best! We are on the north beach, which is great as you will avoid the big six lane road and mega condos found in the south Atlantic locations. We are located on the border of the residential area and just a short walk to the famous Flagler Avenue – the food, shopping and festival district. Our New Smyrna Beach House is closer to the ocean then we may prefer at times. In 2004, the waves were lapping onto and against our foundation which was a little scary; however, now the sand has returned with plenty of great space for sandcastles and sunbathing as well as the shortest walk to the water of any place I have ever seen. You can still hear the surf pounding as you fall asleep at night and the views are so beautiful in the morning as the sun rises over the horizon. Our house was built in the 1930's and grandfathered in as 5 units in the 1960’s. We are constantly updating and beautifying the property, as it is our future permanent residence, when we move full time to our favorite place in the world - New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
