Fondly referred to as "Island in the Sun," our condo is uniquely situated on the 4th tee box of Monterey's south course and just steps from the community pool positioned like an island between the 3rd & 4th Holes. We love how centrally-located it is to all the action in Palm Desert, including El Paseo restaurants and shopping, McCallum Theater, and the College of the Desert's Street & Art Fair & Farmer's Market.

The space
OUTDOORS -- The patio features a four burner BBQ, dining table for six with umbrella, fire feature and patio heater for the cooler nights. Rolling ice chest and solar powered patio lights complete the space. The community pool and spa located less than 300ft from the unit!

INDOORS -- This expanded unit features an open floor plan and gorgeous views from the kitchen, dining & living areas to the golf course. The kitchen features newer cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Living room includes plenty of seating, a flat screen TV with cable, fireplace, and cute bar nook.

BEDROOMS -- Super comfortable mattresses, quality sheets, and shutters over all windows and skylight.

Guest access:
There is room for 1 car in the garage, plus 2 in the driveway. Additionally, street parking is allowed.

There are 2 locked cabinets and the decorative hutch that only accessible to the owner.

The golf cart is not part of the rental due to Association policies.

Monterey Country Club offers public tee times, as well as golf and sports center (tennis and fitness) packages.

Other things to note:
Pets will be allowed once owner can review number, size & breed. Pet fee is based per pet, and $500 per pet for monthly guests. A pet addendum is required.

Garbage is collected on Mondays. Cans must be taken to the curb and returned to the garage.
