This place was perfect for our family of five (kids 10 & 12 dog) for a spring break biking trip. House is clean and well-appointed. Furniture was comfy and plenty of space to spread out or gather on the sofa for a movie night. All the little details make it great- kitchen is well stocked, outlets are all accessible with power strips, dog bowls, large fenced in back yard, extra towels and linens, space in garage for bikes, ping-pong, etc. Convenient location to everything. We will book again when we come back!

Pet friendly host - very communicative and responsive - we are repeat visitors - our friends booked the last time and we booked this time. Great location centrally located. We were in town to ride our bikes. Bike friendly location.

Family stay

We stayed here during a multi-day sporting event for our kids and had a great experience. The space was perfect for our family — plenty of room to spread out, fun games to keep everyone entertained, and a peaceful atmosphere to relax between events. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay!

Great location, property as described

We had a group of 6 adults plus 1 baby and 2 dogs stay at Vasu's property. We were all very comfortable, plenty of space and nice accommodations. Comfortable beds, large showers, large back yard, relatively well stocked kitchen. For the price we couldnt have assked for more.

Great place!

This is an amazing home. Up to date, comfortable, the showers are amazing, and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was super easy to communicate with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely rent again.

Weekend Concert getaway

This house is perfect, very clean and in a great location. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Was close to everything in Bentonville and not far to the Walmart Amp. Host was great and easy to communicate with. No problems and will definitely stay here again.

In town for a wedding

We had a great stay and loved the house. The house is spacious and updated. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable (no sidewalks). We did not cook a meal, but the kitchen seemed to be equipped. The owner was easy and prompt to communicate with.

Everything was great! Our stay was brief but pleasant. Ping pong table is a wonderful addition to the house…lots of fun. Host was great with communication. Check in was easy. Gave the host a few minor suggestions that will make the next guests stay even better and he welcomed the feedback respectfully. We’d stay there again!

Spectacular House

We have stayed in many Vrbo homes in the past. This home and its owner are the best we have ever experienced. The house had been recently remodeled. It was filled with great furnishings. The backyard is fenced which was great for our dog. The house had a ping pong table and board games. The neighborhood is close to Crystal Brides and downtown Bentonville. The bike t trail was 2 blocks from the house. When we got there we struggled with the tv. I texted the owner and he came right over and fixed the problem. Without a doubt a great place and a Vrbo home we will stay at again!

The location of this property is amazing. It is close to almost everything in Bentonville! Outside from the location, this property has a newly remodeled kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. This neighborhood is quite and safe and makes it ideal for an short term rental property!
