Villa Jable is a fully-renovated 6-bedroom villa high up in Petite Salines. The villa offers spectacular views and memorable sunsets. Jable, even in its first inception as villa SKY, has always been a very popular rental property. After Hurricane Irma, the villa was fully renovated and refurnished to contemporary standards. The only parts that haven’t changed are the spectacular ocean and mountain views over Lorient and sunsets behind St Martin. The view can be enjoyed from either of the villa's expansive decks. The main level has a spacious, mostly covered terrace that offers ample seatingin both the sun and shade, plus a beautiful live edge outdoor dining table with seating for 12. The lower level also has a large deck that is the ideal spot to sunbathe by the two pools. One of the pools is shallow, ideal for families with young children, while the other is perfect for laps at 45 feet long. Both pools are heated and get great sun throughout the day. The living room, dining room and kitchen can be found on the main level. The large living room can be fully air-conditioned and offers comfortable overstuffed sofas around the entertainment center. In the same room, there is a large dining table with seating for 12. The air-conditioned gourmet kitchen connects with the living room and is perfectly equipped for a chef. Additionally, an office is situated near the entrance of the villa. All six bedrooms are accessed from the outside. The two master bedrooms, plus a smaller children’s orguest room are on the main level. The first master is situated behind the living room while the second master is near the entrance. The second master also connects with the smaller guest room, which makes it ideal for parents with children. Adults can also use the guest room, however this bedroom is the only room that does not have an ocean view. All of the main level rooms have a European king-sized bed, U.S. satellite and Apple TV, dressing area, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Three additional guest rooms are on the lower level and are all similar in size. All come with U.S. satellite, closets and ensuite bathroom with shower. Two of these rooms have European king-sized bed, while the third has two twin beds that can be made up as a European king-sized bed. One of the rooms on the lower level is wheelchair accessible has features for disabled guest. Villa Jable is both an ideal villa for large families, as well as for couples vacationing together. Villa Jable comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rentsat the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
