Villa Golden View, is a newly built 2-bedroom villa in the western part of Vitet and offers spectacular views. Villa Golden View truly has some of the best views of the island. While situated in Vitet, it sits high above Lorient with a panoramic view that spans half of St. Barth, sunset views and on clear days, direct views of St. Martin and Anguilla. The heated infinity pool is set on the main terrace, which is complete with loungers both in sun and shade, along with two outdoor dining tables. The spacious interior is modern in decor, with a sleek, well-equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room, complete with a leather sectional and media center. The entertainment center has U.S. satellite and Apple TV as well as a Sonos sound system that can be accessed throughout the property. A small fitness room below the pool completes the villa. The first bedroom is just off the living room, with access to the terrace via the large sliding glass doors, allowing you to take in the view even from bed. The second bedroom is on the second level, accessed by the interior staircase and has a small private terrace with seating. Both bedrooms have European King-sized beds, TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV, safes, screens, closets and ensuite bathrooms with rain-head showers. The villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and is ideal for a family with children, as well as two couples vacationing together. Villa Golden View comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
