At only an hour and 25 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 10 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations’ oldest city. Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

What a wonderful vacation! The unut was fabulous and had everything we could possibly need.

Beautifully decorated but yet very functional. I loved the little desk set up as it was a working vacay for me. Fabulous stay!

Absolutely Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at several Oceans Vista condos over the last 7 years. This was definitely one of the best we have stayed at. Its beautiful inside and a wonderful ocean view that you can see the ocean and watch the cars go down S. Atlantic Avenue. We appreciated that everything was labeled clearly to let us know how to use the outdoor grill, Wi-Fi, and where all the items in the kitchen belonged. We can't wait to go back and loved all the Restoration Hardware accents! Our suggestions would be a few more plates in the kitchen, a few more kitchen towels, and a keypad to enter a code to get in the door vs. a traditional key. As a family of four, we ran out of dishes quickly since we did cook in the condo a fair amount.

It was bikers week, and we didn't know this when we booked, but we still had a great time. The condo is so nice. There is everything you could need. We will rent this condo on the trip we make to Daytona.

Great vacation, but…

Overall, we had a great experience. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Having access to the beach and pool was wonderful. We had everything we needed for days spent on the beach. Our only issue was there was an odor in the condo that smelled like stale smoke. We were assured the property is non-smoking, but the smell was very strong when we first entered and it wasn’t a fresh smell of smoke. More like a smell that had penetrated the walls and carpet. We had to open the sliding doors to let fresh air in as my husband has asthma and he started having issues immediately. The property manager did what she could to help, such as changing the air filter, getting Lysol and having the carpets cleaned, which did help somewhat. We spent a full week at the condo, so eventually we adjusted to the smell, but it was definitely present. The property owner said she would provide us a full refund if we wanted to leave and find somewhere else to stay. While we appreciated her offering a refund since there was a no refund policy, we chose to stay since we flew in from PA and didn’t think finding somewhere comparable to stay on such short notice would be a possibility. So again, the condo is great and just as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our family. I hope they get the smell rectified. That is the only thing that would stop us from going back.

Beautiful condo

This was a very relaxing and beautiful experience. Everything was there for our use. It was sunny and bright and great energy. The owner Milli E and Shari the property manager were most helpful. If we visit Daytona Beach again we would love to stay in this rental.

We stay at this condo before, but different floors. This one is on 3rd floor. We love the decor and everything about that it. Owner very nice and good communication.

Beautiful luxury condo

Just the right size for the four of us and all the comforts of home. The only thing that did not work was the water dispenser in the refrigerator. Otherwise, very well stocked with quality kitchen items, linens, TVs, appliances and furnishings. Loved the view of the ocean from the balconies and the spacious floor plan.

Spring Break Vacation

Renting of the property went very well and the check in went smoothly. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we needed to buy besides food were bars of soap. Four beach towels are provided along with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and toys. You do not hear noise or get cooking odors from neighboring units. Pool & hot tub were clean and inviting. Pool is partially in the shade in the afternoon. Underground parking is clean and secure. Hoses are provided to clean sand off belongings before entering building. Unit is on the side of the building, it is not beachfront, you get a partial view of the beach from the side. There is a public beach access which includes vehicles next to the building so the beach is a little busier in this area but it is not as busy as the area closer to the boardwalk. The closet bunk beds were not very comfortable for the teens in our family. The only negative was that the air conditioning broke midway through our week and although being told is was going to be repaired no one showed up.

Beach Vacation

We love this property, and unit 310 is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable! We enjoyed relaxing in it as much as we did on the beach! We typically prefer Oceanfront views, but we actually really enjoyed this Oceanview unit because we were able to enjoy coffee every morning on a shaded balcony with a nice breeze instead of being in direct sunlight! The parking space in the garage was SUPER convenient and close to the elevator for quick loading and unloading. The beach chairs were comfortable, in great condition, and easily transportable. The beach towels provided were huge, practically new, and we could’ve left ours at home! The only thing that could’ve been better, is for a condo that sleeps 7, there didn’t seem to be enough regular bath towels and wash cloths without having to wash them frequently. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Absolutely outstanding interior decoration. Top of the line appliances. Only 7 TVs. 👍Host provided a tour of the property and it’s amenities as well as a tour of the the condo. Common spaces spotless and upscale as well. Unfortunately due to covid19 we had to leave 2 weeks early. Sorry that we had to. Daytona beach has the best walking (and driving) beach in Florida. It’s right outside. And as a bonus your own outside grill on one of your two balconies. Finally everthing from the outdoor furniture to the bed super comfortable. After renting in many different places in Florida over a decade I can tell you this is a rare rare thing

Stylish stay

This condo is a delight! Millie has thought through each and every detail. Kitchen is beautifully stocked and perfectly organized. Each cabinet has an itemized list with pictures of each item that belong where. Linens and towels are nice and plush! This would be an ideal place for families or like for us 2 couples! We each had our own King suite! Weight room is also top notch! Everything about this property was wonderful!

Wow we will be back

My family had one of our best vacations at Millie's condo. I would highly recommend this place. It was safe the beach wad outside our door. Everyone at the resort was respectful and friendly. I can't wait to come back. I have to say a big thank you to Mary.

Beautiful place, great stay, home away from home.

The stay was perfect, the unit was much better than I would have thought. Beautifully furnished, perfectly stocked kitchen, very clean, WOW! I would definitely recommend to anyone to have a wonderful beach vacation here. Spent every late afternoon on the well furnished balcony. Nice and relaxing after a good day at the beach. Nice feature was the Jenn-Air grill out there, used it to make a couple of good meals. When we weren't cooking in the unit we ate out at some good restaurants close by. We went to the Charthouse once during Happy Hour, great value and good food. Also went to Tia Cori's, again good Mexicain food at a good price. Took advantage of some entertainment close by - went to a ball game one night - very convenient and inexpensive - good fun! Walked down one night to the mini-golf, close by to play 18 and also feed the baby gators!

An amazing property and a great location.

The ocean vista property was a perfect location for my family's beach vacation. The building is superbly maintained and steps away from one of the greatest beaches in the world. The unit was impeccably appointed with everything we needed including beach toys and body boards. The beautifully decorated apartment provided my wife and 2 daughters with a luxurious vacation and access to the ocean whenever we felt like it without having to drive. The building is conveniently located near grocery stores and not too far from the main street attractions and restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. The balcony was perfectly setup for lounging around with a separate dining table for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 50% of our meals were spent on the balcony. Both sets of balconies offered nice views of the ocean and was nicely shaded from the afternoon sun. We enjoyed our week and hope to be back again next year.

Elle est multilingue et parle couramment l'espagnol, l'anglais et le français. Millie a vécu en Europe, plus particulièrement en Suède , pour plusieurs années avec son mari et ses deux garçons .

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

J'adore le bâtiment, l'environnement et son emplacement. La plage est magnifique, les enfants peuvent surfer sur les vagues . Ce condo est orientée direction sud, il est très ensoleillé.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Bois Teck sur les deux balcons. Lits superposés pour les enfants avec leurs propres ensembles individuels TV, lecteur DVD. Appareil téléviseur dans la salle de bain (c'est l'Amerique quand même) afin que vous puissiez vous détendre après une journée bien remplie . Chambre de bébé pour accueillir nos plus jeunes clients. Nous sommes heureux d'accueillir nos amis Québecois et Canadiens et nos cousins français.
