I’ve stayed at this property a handful of times and it never disappoints. Beautiful home in a wonderful location. I can’t recommend this one highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay during Parents Weekend! The house was absolutely perfect for our visit; clean, comfortable, and so charming. It’s located in a cute, quiet neighborhood that was conveniently close to campus as well as downtown Flagstaff, which made getting around so easy.One of the biggest pluses for us was being able to bring our dog. It made the weekend so much more enjoyable knowing the whole family could come along. The kitchen was also very well stocked with all of the essentials we needed for cooking and enjoying meals at the house.We truly loved our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Flagstaff! add great communitcation and willingness to accomodate

This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want away from home. The backyard was perfect for a cute little fire and a soak in the hot tub on a chilly night. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and there were toys and games for the kids. The house was close enough to the downtown/NAU area, with plenty of food and entertainment options close by, while still feeling like you are in the woods.

Perfect spring break!

This is our second time renting - We love this property! It’s in the best neighborhood/location and my kids love the hot tub and the neighborhood trails we can easily access. The hosts are so easy to work with and helpful with anything we need. I also love that the coffee is provided, which is a small thing but makes a difference :) we will be back I’m sure!

Family weekend

Came to Flag to visit our son for family weekend at NAU. Place was great for our group and dog. Loved the kitchen and living room area as well as the outdoor space. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces. Cooked meals in the very well equipped kitchen, which was great. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

This house is in a nice, cute, safe neighborhood. We were there for an event at NAU and this was just a five minute drive to campus. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and many restaurants are only a 4-10 minute drive away. There is also a whole foods within a few minutes drive.The inside of the house is spacious and clean and was well stocked with the basics (coffee and coffee filters for that first morning before you can get to the store!). The internet worked well, garage was easy to get in and out of, comfortable beds, nice showers and kitchen. We will definitely book this place again for our next NAU visit!

Safe secure, hidden Jem

This was a gorgeous home. The host was prompt and courteous. You only need to bring your clothes and food almost everything you could think of Is provided. We felt safe, My family had a blast. Hopefully next year we can stay on this property for your our annual family vacation.

Beautiful clean home in great neighborhood!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time I. This beautifully decorated home with all the necessary amenities you can ask for. Kate was a wonderful host and made our stay worry free. Very spacious and clean. Our two little ones enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be coming back to this rental property! Thanks Kate for sharing such a beautiful home!

Perfect fall break trip

The house was perfect for our family fall break trip. We love this neighborhood and location- it’s close to everything we love! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more- the toys and kids books and games were great entertainment for our 4 and 6 year olds. We loved being outside in the patio with the heater and the hot tub was fun too. Already marked this one as a favorite because we will be back!

Ski Trip

This is a lovely, spacious home. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well supplied. The host was very communicative. We appreciate the quick response. My family and I enjoyed this home. The location was also perfect and close to my daughter's dorm. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

This is a great spot to settle in with your family and explore the surrounding area. Kate was an excellent host. Quick and clear communication. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked better than most with all the pots, pans, baking pans and basic spices plus extra. The hot tub was so great after a long day of hiking, and the BBQ was a great bonus! It was really nice to have a garage door opener for easy access into the unit. The thoughtful details of Kate’s place made our vacation a very memorable one. We would definitely book from Kate again.

Amazing property!!

This property was exactly as described and Kate was wonderful to work with! We were in town for Parents Weekend and spent a great deal of time enjoying the ammenties of the house. It really included anything that you could think of! In fact, my husband forgot his toothbrush and was pleasently surprised not to have to fight the crowds at the store to purchase one! You can tell the host aims to please and truly wants her guests to have a superior stay!!

Beautiful home, great location and development with hiking trails

We loved this home, it had everything we needed and just 5 minutes from the NAU campus where both my daughters attend. The interior is like-new, modern and freshly remodeled. The electric fireplace is very cool and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio around the firepit each morning sipping our coffee. There are several walking paths around the community, plus access to hiking trails on the south edge of the development. Highly recommend it, Kate the owner/host was very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
