Very clean, beds are comfy. Everything you need to cook meals. Nice outdoor area to sit & relax. Great communication with property manager. Great for walking distance to restaurants, beaches & shops.

Condo was wonderful. Had a great stay! The lanai and view were amazing! Grilled several notes at the community grills. Bed and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Left some spices and coffee for the next guest!
Pleasant, clean, nicely decorated, large Lanai with nice views, kitchen is well set up for "eating" at home, nice pool.We would consider this condo if we return to the Big Island.

Overall great property. Amazing location. Beds and bedroom furniture could be upgraded... The headboard in the main bedroom is not attached or something ? and it bangs and wobbles every time you roll over. New kitchen is beautiful!
We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of Dec 2025 and had a great time. The condo is excellent. It was clean, airy and nicely furnished. The host was responsive and helpful. The listing description claims "Ocean Views" which is not true and the reason we took off one star for the rating, The main view is toward south with garden and mountain views. A slight sliver of A-Bay Beach can be seen through the pillars of the neighboring condo's balcony when leaning out. The listing should indicate Mountain and Garden Views.The provided beach towels are small and thin but they did the job Higher quality of towels are usually provided in condos like this. The bathroom towels were nice and plentiful though.. The pool and hot tubs are nice but the water quality in both could be maintained better by the Vista Waikoloa Management. When the number of users increased the water became visible dirty. Both hot tubs were also kept at a very high temperature that can not be regulated.Despite the above points we recommend this property and would stay here again.
