Cette maison est située dans la section de Deer Cove sur le magnifique lac Ossipee, dans la région des NH Lakes. Le lac est entouré de montagnes et la vue est magnifique. La plage de 70 'est une propriété privée, sablonneuse et propre. À la disposition des clients se trouvent un foyer de plage, une chaloupe, un canoë et un pédalo. Il y a aussi un radeau pour nager avec une échelle. La maison est un gambrel 3 BR mignon et bien entretenu avec toutes les chambres et grande salle de bain à l'étage. 1er étage est une grande cuisine / salle à manger ouverte à la grande salle familiale avec des curseurs à l'écran dans le porche. Il y a aussi un pont ouvert au 2ème étage. Il s’agit d’un quartier très familial, composé de logements occupés par le propriétaire et de logements locatifs. Il y a un chemin privé qui longe l'eau, ce qui est parfait pour les promenades au bord du lac, les promenades à vélo ou pour pousser une poussette.

Beautiful Lake Stay

We really enjoyed the sandy beach, clear lake, swim raft and paddle boat. The fire pit was nice too and they even had s'mores sticks and wood at the ready. The host was great with communicating, overall a great stay.

We loved everything about our stay on this property. Highly recommend it...can’t wait to go back!

Great house / location and It was the perfect vacation for our family...kids 7 & 9. House was super cute and very clean. We loved the screened in porch and short few steps to lake and sandy beach. Kids loved fishing and using row boat, canoe etc...fire pits, s’mores. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the owners (Suzanne and her family) were just so responsive and went out of there way to make the week awesome...Highly recommend and can’t wait to return next year!

Summer Vacation

We sent a week on Lake Ossippe and I we can't say enough about how great the owners of this property are. The property has everything you need and plenty of privacy. They are located right next door but you would never know it. The beach is very clean and the dock that we used for our boat was very convenient. I highly recommend this rental.

Great location and super clean!

Our overall experience at this house was pretty good! It wasn’t a perfect fit for our family because of the cons listed below, which is why I gave it 4 stars. I’ll go over the pros and cons below: PROS -Great location! Steps away from the lake. -Super friendly and attentive hosts. -Boats and life vests available for use. -Private section of sandy beach only used by us. -Fires allowed at the beach. -Day trips to North Conway/Mount Washington/Saco River are totally doable. CONS -Queen bed was very uncomfortable to us (host did say they were planning on replacing it soon) -No washer/dryer (there is a laundromat about 5 minutes away) -No dishwasher Even though there isn’t any air conditioning, it got pretty cool at night, which keeps the house pretty cool during the day. There were a couple nights it was pretty warm, but the fans provided made it tolerable. I would recommend staying here, as long as the queen bed gets replaced.

Best Family Vacation!

Our family typically spends a week in North Conway to visit Storyland and Santa's Village, but due to COVID I did not feel comfortable having our typical vacation. So I searched for something that would allow us to remain "isolated" but still allowed me to give my children (4.5 & 6) a fun getaway after being at home since March. I felt really lucky when I found this property and it had one week available! After speaking to Suzanne, I felt really comfortable with my choice and knew that we would have a safe and fun week together. What I didn't expect was HOW MUCH fun we would have. The cottage was the perfect size for our family - the kids chose to share a room together so they could have a "sibling sleepover" every night. It was extremely clean & well-kept. We brought our own food from home so we wouldn't have to worry about shopping and were so pleased to find the kitchen well stocked with the utensils and pans that we needed to cook our meals. Every day, we spent at the lake - swimming, playing on the private beach, and using the canoe and paddle boat that were provided. This side of the lake was perfect for our children since they're not proficient swimmers - very shallow & clear which made them feel so comfortable in the water. Our lunch breaks from swimming were well spent in the screened porch sharing food & laughter. We had ice cream sundaes on the beach and roasted marshmallows at night in the firepit. Our kids loved to walk & bike along the road meeting local puppies and looking for other "creatures" along the way. The owners were present in the house in front of the cottage and were there if we needed anything (which we didn't since everything was perfect already!). It was nice to know they were there but they didn't bother us. There was one instance when some teenagers were using the private float and using very loud, inappropriate language. Of course, as a mother of young observant children, I started to get worried that they would learn a "new word" but I didn't feel comfortable approaching people since we were just visitors. Just as that thought crossed my mind, the owners appeared to confirm what was going on & took care of the situation without me having to ask. I sincerely appreciated their attention & awareness to this little "issue". Luckily, no new words were learned by my kids. :) Both kids cried as we left because they didn't want to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us - it was the BEST vacation!

Great location

This house worked out great for me and my two adult children. Location is excellent, the place is clean and well furnished. Having the dock right on Lake Ossipee and having my boat docked there was perfect. Great lake to cruise around on and explore the multiple connected lakes. The beach with chairs and fire pit was cool.

My wife and three boys had an excellent vacation week here! Owners were great and we had everything we needed. Beautiful beach and accommodations!

Comfortable cottage on a beautiful family oriented lake

My wife and I brought our three teen boys here for a week. We had an excellent time. The cottage is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen sink and stove area could be larger, but we managed fine. We at in the whole week. Nice large gas grill for BBQing. The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great week, providing kayaks, boats and firewood to use. We spent many hours swimming and kayaking the lake. We rented a speedboat one day for tubing and had an awesome time! This lake is perfect for tubing and waterskiing, big enough so you had plenty of room, but not too many boats to make the water rough. We will definitely come back here again in the future!

Friendly people nice beach area, What more can you ask for?

I would stay there again if there was 2 bathrooms and a bigger up to date stove. With 6 adults it was pretty hard with only one bathroom. My husband loves to cook but the small stove discouraged him. The owners were very friendly and everyone else were too. So the title asks what more can you ask for 2 bathrooms and a bigger up to date stove.

Great Location

Had a great time. House was clean, had all the amenities and a helpful book that had everything local you could need. The beach was nice and the private dock made taking the boat out a breeze.

2nd year and still Fantastic!

This was our second year renting this house from Suzanne and Scott and we love it! Safe, comfortable and clean- what more could you ask for? The lake view is beautiful and the screen porch makes it so comfortable to eat outside. The owners even take care of the little things such as leaving a brand new sponge at the kitchen sink. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen but honestly- the last thing I want to do on vacation is load and unload the dishwasher!! So bring your paper and plastic ware for the week and spend every moment sitting at Ossipee Lake! Thank you for another A++ vacation!!

Back in time

Visited Ossipee Lake many times as a kid, returned 50 years later and had a delightful stay at Suzanne's lake house. The home is simply appointed, wood everywhere, porch, deck, canoe, and everything/all the bits worked. It was just like the camp I stayed in as a kid. While the summer may be fun, our September vaca was killer thanks in part to our host.

Perfect Vacation home!

We had barely unpacked our car and my children said- "can we come back next year? This is Awesome!" I grew up vacationing at a NH lake house and this property was everything I had hoped for my children to experience, too! #1 it was Clean all over! And not just clean, but new kitchen and bathroom floor. New carpets. The bathroom is spotless and spacious with double sinks. If you have a tight, cramped bathroom at home (like I do) this was a true delight! Loved the screen porch with table and sitting area. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and move around easily. BBQ grill was new and started up with no problem. All amenities were as expected, and as described in the listing. Having our own swimming area and dock was great! At first glance of the Deer Cove Beach, it looks like there would be a lot of people or activity, but during the week, we only saw one family about 5 houses down. We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful vacation and felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves! On Sat and Sun a few more families came up, but most of them took their boats out and didn't even stay in the beach area. The owners were fantastic! Friendly and welcoming. They take pride in their property and it shows. Right down to leaving a new sponge at the kitchen sink. Who would think to remember to pack a sponge to wash dishes? (not me) And, no one wants to use a dirty left over sponge! It is those little touches that I noticed and make a difference to me! I can't thank the owners enough for renting to us and we are looking forward to rebooking for 2017! I have already been recommending this property to all my friends and family! Dawn B. & Family

Property in very good condition.

It was our 3rd stay here. We enjoyed our week here very much. The renovations done to the cottage were excellent. We all enjoyed the beach especially my grandchildren both 10 years old. Owners were great. We all missed Suzanne's mom.

One of the most enjoyable family vacations.

Little did we know the summer rental we found on line would turn out to be "a little piece of heaven". The summer rental is well kept, very clean, roomy and offered all the comforts of home. The views from the screened in porch was amazing along with the private beach. The owners are extremely nice people, warm and friendly. We enjoyed our entire stay and would rent this property again without hesitation.

What an awesome place!

My family and I loved our vacation at this property! The lake is absolutely perfect, and the family that owns the property were awesome! We even had a few bonfires with some of the family members staying in the front house which was very cool! The house has everything you could need and more. If you are looking for a nice quiet get away, this is the perfect place.

Wonderful time at this Lake House!!!

My husband and I had a dreamlike time away staying at this Lake House; So relaxing and enjoyable. The house is very clean. The living room has comfortable recliners and a nice size TV. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything that you will need. The queen bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is a good size with double sinks! We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch eating and reading and enjoying the view of the lake. I took some nice power walks through the area. The owners were delightful and around if you needed them, but never intrusive. The private beach area is awesome with the beautiful lake and mountain view and the use of the fire pit and boats. We enjoyed eating at the Pizza Barn and Windy Fields Farm. My husband and I are looking forward to booking this house again and I would like to book it for me and my two sisters. Such nice memories we have taken with us from our stay at this Ossipee Lake House!

Ossipee Lake House - Exceeded my expectations!

This lake house had everything you look for in a vacation rental. My week started as a Girls Weekend, there was plenty of room for 6 women and their belongings. The lake provided us with the relaxation we needed to unwind and the house provided us with all of the amenities to cook without getting in each others way! We really enjoyed using the screened in porch for games, reading etc. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom is really big and modern. Our kids really enjoyed using the paddle boat and the fire for s'mores. The stars at Ossipee really were incredible too! I'm looking forward to booking this house again either for my family to use or a getaway with friends! Thank you for a great week!

Two Weeks of Relaxation

A very relaxing spot beside Ossipee Lake. I stayed two weeks in the house and had several visitors and family come and go over the two weeks. The one queen and four twins worked out well for all of my visitors. I very much enjoyed having my morning coffee on the porch. The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Lots to do on the lake (kayaks, canoe, swimming). The owners were around and available. Well worth a stay.
