Additionally, the state of the air conditioning and the overall condition of the condo falling short of your expectations are unacceptable, especially considering our commitment to providing a comfortable and well-maintained space for our guests. Please know that your concerns have been taken seriously, and I have addressed the AC problem you mentioned, the compressor was blown at time of your stay and since has been replaced.
