Welcome to our charming one-story retreat! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your perfect escape and in the perfect location when visiting The Woodlands/Conroe areas. Nestled in a private and serene wooded area, enjoy the tranquility of nature in the expansive fenced backyard, complete with a cozy firepit for those evenings enjoying outside. Unwind in the additional game and TV room or whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, making this stay feel like a home away from home.

Lovely venue for ladies' trip

I had a great weekend with my girlfriends at this property while in town for a swim meet. It was very clean and we loved the fire pit. Thank you!

Luxurious Place to Stay

We had a great time at this property! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, appliances were clean and new, and it was a quiet safe neighborhood. Everything was close by: HEB grocery store, Wal-Mart, Nail Salon, etc. We would stay here again!

RenFest stay

We (husband, 2 college age kids and myself) had a great stay. We came up from San Antonio to spend two nights so that we could attend the Texas Renaissance Festival. The festival was about a 30 min drive, so very convenient. The house was spacious, very clean, and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home

This home had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful kitchen for cooking, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The game room was a plus for the 13 yr old. We would stay again.

Great!

We were in Houston for a wedding and this house was perfect for us! They have everything you need, it’s very clean and quiet, and there’s a nice fire pit outside to hang out. We had a great time.

Texas Family Time

The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. My husband enjoyed running on the trails. The beds and pillows were comfortable and that was a big plus for me. There wasn’t a lot asked of us at checkout and communication was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would select this property again. :)

Great Family Place

The property was the cleanest rental we've ever used! Beds were amazing, furnishings were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked. However, other reviews stating that the furniture is low is accurate. We were visiting my 96 year-old father who did have difficulty getting in and out of it. Our only negative about the property was the backyard which needs some attention -crumbling patio bricks, sections of the fence are broken in spots, and the fire pit is rusting out. I would definitely stay here again!

Needs Improvement

The check-in process was fine. The exterior lacked curb appeal. Interior was as listed. There was plenty of space for everyone. However, there were plenty of issues that were excused away in communication with the property manager. Linens were stained, towels were scarce and unwashed, and dishes were dirty (ex. when retrieving a knives from the block, discovered they were called in residue). Washing machine malfunctioned. The headboard in one of the guest rooms and the Wii gaming console was broken. And the mosquitos in the neighborhood made it impossible to enjoy the patio for long, although we did manage to roast some marshmallows for our kids.

I can assure you all towels and linens were washed before your stay as cleanliness is very important to us. The washing machine is working fine and we have not had any issues with it, so I am sorry to hear you had troubles. The warmer weather does bring mosquitos in the area, though we are glad you were still able to enjoy the fire pit with your kids. We hope you will consider coming back so we can provide the five-star experience we aim for!

Optimistic but disappointed

Upon driving up we were disappointed in how the yard was maintained, this was not a good sign. I do not understand all the positive reviews remarking on how clean the house was. In the family room there was something crusted on the carpet that should have been picked up by a good vacuum. The hard surfaces appeared to not have been mopped as I wiped up a bit of water from the floor and the paper towel came back quite dirty. Main bedroom bathroom had a used disc of soap still in the shower, floor had not been swept as we found hair (needless to say I’m sure it was not moped as well), and dried tooth paste was on the door. Kitchen utensils in the drawer had to be cleaned. The tines appeared like they were hand cleaned but the handles were crusty. We fully understand that we are responsible for providing our own paper products but the roll of paper towels left in the holder were stained at the top. We were informed that trash day was Tuesday but our stay was from Thursday-Sunday. The trash and recycling cans were very full upon our arrival. I do not understand the positive reviews this location received for being so clean. The owners need to reconsider who is taking care of their property. The bedding was comfortable and the towels were clean. It was a very nice neighborhood and the backyard was inviting but I must agree with another review that the fence is in need of maintenance and the yard is in desperate need of attention (mostly dirt and when it rains, muddy)
