4 chambres privées (1 King, 2 reines et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux), 2 salles de bain complètes, plain-pied, maison très mise à jour. Nouveau mobilier partout, avec grande terrasse arrière et gril à gaz. Cour magnifiquement aménagée avec des jardins de fleurs, d'herbes et de légumes remplis d'oiseaux, de papillons et d'écureuils. La chambre principale a une terrasse privée donnant sur les jardins. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme, y compris des fours à double convection et une cuisinière à gaz à 5 brûleurs.

Nous aimons nos oiseaux! Remplissez une liste de contrôle des oiseaux que vous voyez lors de votre visite et nous ferons un don de 25 $ au Gulf Coast Bird Observatory ou au Bayou Land Conservancy.

Great property!

The house is just as pictured, the owners provide lots of little details to help your stay be perfect. The back yard is amazing, so if the weather is nice, spend some time out there. The only thing we didn’t realize were the 2 twin beds are one bed with a trundle. Still nice, just changed up our rooming assignments. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very nice home in the Woodlands

We had a family reunion and a few guest stayed at the peaceful perch and had a very good experience. Well appointed kitchen, clean house, and everything was functioning well.

Great House; Great Owner

My family and I came to the Woodlands for our daughter's dance competition. Rather than staying at the resort, we wanted a quiet place where we could also bring our dog with us. House is completely as described. If anything, the description undersells it. Clean, comfortable, and they supply so many things to make your stay easy! Backyard is beautiful and our dog loved all the wildlife. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the deck each morning and watching the birds. Very quiet neighborhood with direct access to the walking paths around the Woodlands. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by the hurricane and loss of power. Owner Debra was extremely communicative and understanding during an extremely stressful time for everyone. We will definitely be back! Can't say enough good things!

Perfect Home Away From Home

My wife and I stayed here for several days recently. As frequent VRBO renters as we travel, our overall impressions were that this home was definitely one of the best that we've stayed in. Well stocked with every possible need in the kitchen, extremely clean, and a great location from which to visit our children and grandkids. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay in The Woodlands

As my family prepared to move, we needed room for our family of five. The Peaceful Perch is brilliantly thought out, with amenities such as game room, books for children, comfortable, large, clean bedrooms. The owner/manager generously provided k-cups and starter soaps, toilet paper, paper towels. Could not ask for a better property. I will definitely recommend. Close to Woodlands TPC Golf/Insperity (walking)

Pleasant and Peachful

Our stay at the peaceful perch was wonderful. A couple of minor issues, (wasps and the disposal) were immediately taken care of which was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and yes, peaceful! Debra and Matt, expect us back another day!

Amazing property for family stay!

The property is absolutely amazing! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything the Woodlands has to offer. Our family of four plus our puppy were in transition between home sale and relocation overseas. The home provided us with everything we needed. It’s extremely well stocked and organized. The owner is very attentive and pleasant to talk to. We were very happy with our stay and had zero complaints. We highly recommend this property whether you are visiting the Woodlands or in need of a place to stay in between homes.

Lovely home

Three homes were rented with these wonderful people for a wedding in the Woodlands area. We were absolutely thrilled with our stays, we were able to walk between the properties, all homes, where exactly as pictured. Very pleased & would definitely rent again.

The Peaceful Perch

My sisters and brother in law traveled to Texas for our nephew's 50th. I found the Peaceful Perch on line. Everything from the deposit, to check in was very easy. The property manager answered any questions right away. The house is cozy and the beds VERY comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful home & amazing stay

We had a small group in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to rest our heads at evening and even host a few friends over. The garage converted to a play room was so much fun, the house was spacious, the backyard was beautiful, and each room was very high quality. All of the guests left very pleased with the experience. A+ communication with the property managers as well, they were on top of everything.
