*** Living Room
Spacious living room with plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. Equipped with a 55 inch smart tv and a fire place for those chilly nights.
The welcome home stand is filled with board games, playing cards,
coloring books, and crayons.

*** Bedrooms
Four spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a king-sized memory foam mattress, two nightstands, and a working station. This room has a full bathroom with a private bidet toilet and a huge closet.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two containing queen-sized memory foam mattress beds, a nightstand, and all equipped with touch/dimmable lamps and USB charging ports.

The fourth bedroom has two twin-sized beds, a nightstand with a touch/dimmable lamp and USB charging ports.

All rooms have 55 inch smart TVs.

***Bathrooms
There a two full bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. All toilets are equipped with bidets. Q tips, Hand soap, hand lotion, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner is provided for your use.

***Laundry Station
The Washer/Dryer is located in the garage and detergent is provided.

***Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your daily needs.
(Plates, bowls, pots, silverware, mugs, glasses, etc.)

There is also a complimentary coffee bar.

***Backyard
The backyard has a huge deck with a table for outdoor dining that will seat up to 10 people. Equipped with LED String lights and mosquito/candle holders so you can enjoy a peaceful night.

Two wood-burning bonfire pits that can be used for a warm-cozy fire or grilling. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink if needed.

The location, was awesome, the host was a pleasure to deal with. There were some plumbing issues and the backyard does not at all look like the photos, but overall the house was very nice and accommodating for me and my family.

The house was very clean and we had plenty of space for four adults and three small children. We did not realize the living room was sunken, so we just had to make sure the kids manage that OK since they were a 4 1/2 year-old and two 2 1/2 year-olds. The TVs in each room were wonderful and the appliances were very niceThe host was very responsive and easy to communicate with and reach. We did not stay at the property. The bedding conditions, under the comforters were bad in all bedrooms, we could not stay. All rooms had some degree of soiled bedding. Some were worse than others. The mattresses and pillows were yellow stained with old, dried body fluids. We found live and dead bugs on the beds and under the beds. Other peoples' hair were on the top blankets and embedded on the mattresses. Other lesser items: front door was auto lock was broken and it was very difficult to lock from the outside. The bathroom door upstairs was broken, pots and pans were complete scratched and unusable; back patio was very dirty with broken chairs.

We came as a small group to race Ironman Texas. The location was great to get to the woodlands. The community was quiet. The house was perfect for us. The host was so good to deal with. Very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Cozy space for a get-away.

The space was cozy and the communication with the host was fantastic. We needed something we got it. There were just a few maintenance issues that needed attending like the outside windows, replacement of the blinds and the fixing of the small yellow chairs in the living room.

Very cute house and very clean! It is an older home with older bathrooms/cabinets but otherwise clean and neat! The neighborhood was also in an older part of The Woodlands but we did have any issues or trouble!

A great home base

Had a business trip here in The Woodlands and brought the family. Was a great “home base” to launch from to explore the area as it was 15 min from seemingly everything we were doing. Home had tasteful decor and beds were comfortable! Host was communicative and super responsive! We enjoyed our stay.

We were there for two nights and overall everything was fine. It is an older home and a few things need to be fixed. The plugs in the primary bedroom and bathroom were very loose. I had to prop things against the charging block to hold my phone and watch charger in the socket. Also had to hold my blowdryer in the socket as well to keep it connected. A few dead bug bodies in the bathrooms and the upstairs bathroom knob was not fully attached to the door. This caused some consternation for my granddaughter. The coffee maker did not work properly and after completely cleaning the floating grounds from the basket twice we gave up and went out to purchase one for our use on the trip. Other than these glitches, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the time spent in this home.

Enjoyable Stay

We rented this home with family for a nearby wedding. It was easy to find, clean, and had ample space for our group’s needs. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet and the communication was excellent. Reasonable requests upon checkout made for an easy departure. We would book again.

Clean and Spacious

Refreshed house in a lovely community~clean and comfy home for our adult group of 8 who came to the Woodlands to celebrate our family's matriarchs. Crisp bedding and towels. Winette was professional and pleasant and quick to respond.

Lovely Home

We went don't to the Woodlands area to work, and i amazingly found this beautiful home to stay at with full size kitchen and just everything in this house was perfect. I loved loved this house. I am in process of closing sale for my land and this is exactly how i want my house perfect size for me and my family. Ill get again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you so much.

Woodlands Trip

Property was convenient to everything. House was good. House did have a little bit of a smell. Musky smell. Not sure if it just was shut up for a little while and that’s why. But over all was a good place to stay for the price.
