Welcome to our renovated home in sunny Boca Raton! Located just a mile from the beach & near FAU, our stylish home is perfect for families and friends seeking a relaxing escape.
Enjoy the warm tropical air & blue waters of Boca, along with a vibrant entertainment and nightlife scene. Our home offers comfort and convenience, with exceptional hospitality to make your stay unforgettable.

• 5-minute drive (1-mile walk) to our beautiful Boca Beaches
• CDC cleaning standards and sanitation
• Fully equipped kitchen with coffee station
• High- speed wifi (400Mb/s) for working remotely
• Adjustable Standing desk for working remotely
• Onsite parking up to 4 vehicles
• Located within 10 minutes walking to Publix supermarket, several coffee shops, an ice cream parlor, a wine and spirits shop, a bakery, Thai massage & several restaurants
• Great for long-term corporate housing stays or weekly corporate stays (close to Boca Raton business park).

• Open layout with a large living room that is perfect for entertaining
• Master En-suite equipped with a (1) King-sized bed, walk-in closet & private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: (1) queen bed & workstation (adjustable standing desk)
• Bedroom 3: equipped with (1) queen-sized bed
• Bedroom rooms 2 & 3 share a spacious bathroom.
• All rooms are equipped with a flat screen smart tv
• (1) pack and play
• Access to a private fenced in backyard via the Master suite or private gate access on the side of the house.
• Propane grill available out back.
• Fully stocked kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook your favorite gourmet meal. You can enjoy a family dinner at the dining table for six.
• We are pet friendly but we kindly ask you to pick up after your pups after they go to the bathroom in the backyard or front yard. There is a $75 pet fee so we may deep clean the house for the next guest.
*Extra fee may apply if poop is present on the property after check-out.
Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants.

• Easy access to Spanish River bridge to the Beach - (1 mile away)
• There is some paid street parking but very limited right after the bridge.
• Spanish River park has a paid parking lot by the beach which is about 1.8
miles (The beach is about a 12-20 minute walk. If you are able-bodied, I recommend walking to the beach since it is close. The city of Boca charges $35/day for beach parking)
