We regret the inconvenience caused by the hot water limitations during your stay, as well as the housekeeping oversights you mentioned. This is certainly not the level of experience we strive to provide, and your comments have been shared with our maintenance and cleaning teams so these matters can be addressed promptly. Regarding the traffic on Christmas Day, we understand how frustrating that can be. Unfortunately, holiday congestion near Ober Mountain is beyond our control, but we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We’re grateful for your honesty and are glad to hear that, overall, you still had a great time. The WiFi should be accessible from the front door of the unit, and the password is also posted on the fridge as a backup. We are sorry for the cleanliness of the floors; this is not our usual standard, and we will address this with our cleaning team. The shower issue has been fixed.
