Perfect Family Vacay Spot

We spent a week here this summer and it was the perfect place. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The pool was fantastic and house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great host and stay!

The proximity to Sea World was great. The neighborhood was very safe, the house clean and had some really nice touches… beach towels provided right at the door going out to the pool that we all enjoyed, coffee bar and everybody loved the fitness room… very well stocked with equipment. The owner was very responsive.

Fun Place to Stay!

We all enjoyed our week here! The house is very nice, spacious, and clean. The pool and backyard added more family fun to our trip. The home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but it was easy to get to the airport, downtown, and the other towns we visited. Would highly recommend!

Great stay!

Plenty of room for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the pool!!! We had an issue with the AC but the host took care of the issue immediately.

Beautiful spacious home that was well equipped with everything we needed from dishes to pool toys. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a huge hit with all of us. Loved the pool! Whirlpool was great and enjoyed cooking our dinner one evening on the Blackstone grill. 5 stars from us!

Family Trip

My family, which included my 1 year old son, stayed at this property for 5 nights. We absolutely loved the house. It was everything we needed. We spent lots of time just relaxing in the backyard and definitely loved the pool. Chase was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond back to me. I would definitely stay here again if we return to San Antonio

Great place to stay while exploring San Antonio

My family and I came here for Spring Break and had a great experience. I can say, without a doubt, that Chase was one of the quickest people to respond that I've ever experienced. He was great at communicating and easy to work with. The listing was accurate and well represented the property. We will be back!

We will never stay anywhere else when go to San Antonio!

We absolutely loved this place! It was the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, which included a pool, hot tub, and lovely views of the woods. Chase was an incredible host—super responsive and kind when we mentioned that there was no ironing board in the house. They promptly delivered one for us. We will definitely be staying here again for the next UTSA family weekend. It was a wonderful experience!

Exceptional Host

From the beginning of our booking process, Chase was very communicative, timely in his responses, and a flexible/accommodating host. I appreciate the touches he left for my young children and our dog. The home is very comfortable, and was exceptionally clean upon check-in. A great place for families! My kids absolutely loved the pool, and although we did many excursions, they both cited that as their favorite part of our trip.

Family Fun Weekend

Chase’s house is very family-friendly and was perfect for our family weekend. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were great for keeping them entertained. The house was comfortable and situated in a super convenient location to Six Flags, making our stay even easier. It’s definitely the kind of place we'd recommend for families looking for a straightforward, fun vacation spot! Very nice clean house

The area was very good neighborhood close to everything. Love it came with a pool unfortunately heater to pool wasn't working was looking forward enjoying pool with family. Other than that we all love the house nice and clean had everything from pots and pans to pellet smoker. Will definitely rent again.

Family Trip

We stayed here for a late holiday trip to visit our family who lives in the area. There was ample room for the 5 of us staying and we hosted family dinners and the large dining area, outdoor grill and smoker were great. The back yard is lovely and we made use of the hot tub. The location was great for us as it was close to our family and that area of the city had everything we needed. Chase was great to communicate with and came over add water to the hot tub and answered any questions we had about the property. We would definitely rent the home again!

This house was OUTSTANDING and very family-friendly. The host has the best communication we have ever experienced. Any questions we had, were answered with 6 minutes or less. The only thing that would make this property better, would be a NOON check-out time. Especially for those of us who have small children and known that it takes more to motivate them when they wake up in the morning. Other than that, change nothing and keep being the great host that you are. 10/10.

Perfection!

From initial contact with Chase and throughout our stay Chase’s communication was top- notch. Everything about our stay was wonderful. So clean, abundant amenities. Gym was a huge bonus for us. Beautiful home and pool. Also, very, very well stocked for any necessity (and then some) you may need throughout your stay. Great neighborhood. logistics were incredible, only 20-25 minutes to everywhere we went, Airport, Sea World, Aquatica, Alamo, Riverwalk, San Antonio Zoo and Morgan’s Wonderland. loved coming back to this beautiful home at the end of a long day. My wife and I are Utah natives, transplanted to San Antonio going on eight years now! We love what we do, we love the area, and we love our guests even more. We take a lot of pride in providing an awesome experience for all of our guests.

Shavano is known for being one of the nicer, and most safe neighborhoods in the San Antonio area. The area is established enough to employ their own police department. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, while still being close enough to everything you're going to want to experience in San Antonio!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home here in Shavano is one of the only homes we have found that has not only its own private pool and hot tub, but a private gym as well. We're located in front of a rock quarry, so you don't have to worry about neighbors behind you! The large, open-view windows in the master bedroom that face pool-side provide a definitely unique experience!
