As you walk inside, take notice of the sun-filled living room's comfortable seating and Smart TV. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen is composed of gleaming countertops, a vibrant backsplash, and exposed wooden beams. Walk upstairs and discover the spacious bedroom, adorned with calming highlights of blue, high-quality linens, and a steady stream of natural lighting. The cottage's bathroom is sizable, ensuring your daily routines can be performed with ease. And the New washer/dryer keeps chore time at bay. Partial air-conditioning rounds out Periwinkle Cottage's interior perks.

Outside, enjoy shimmering views of the water from the deck or while barbecuing on the gas grill. When you aren't exploring the property, head for Library Park, the Maine Maritime Museum,
and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.

Perfect fall getaway!

Perfect home and location for our autumn adventure. Every part of the home was new and immaculate. It was very easy getting comfortable in a setting like that. Very short drive to the awesome restaurants in Wiscasset and Damariscotta. Be sure to check out the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden in Boothbay!

Beautiful Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Periwinkle Cottage. It was very private and peaceful. The views were amazing. Lots of wildlife out there front window, eagles, deer, loons, etc. We will keep this on our list for a return stay. As mentioned in a previous review, the keurig does not come with Kcups, it should.

Loved the view and the sunsets were amazing. Cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately due to the fact we had no running water after day 3 and had to return home because the management team could not help us in a timely manner. But was grateful for the 3 days we were able to spend on our vacation.

We absolutely loved our time at Periwinkle Cottage in Westport Island!! Everything was perfect and so cozy!! The cottage was incredible and we loved how quiet the area was!! We enjoyed how central the location was to many of the coastal Maine towns that we visited!! The grand window in the living area was so so pretty! Every morning that we woke up, we were always so excited to spot all the wildlife outside!! We saw many deer and some turkeys and lots of birds flying around!! It was the perfect little space for two people!! We are so happy that we have the memories of staying here during our Maine summer vacation!!! Highly recommend!!

Periwinkle Paradise

Periwinkle Cottage is an absolute GEM! Meticulously clean and tastefully decorated, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here - both inside and out. A gorgeous setting, we spent mornings spotting bald eagles fly across our view from the window and evenings sitting out on the patio below catching the sunset. (Note: If you’re a coffee drinker, there is a Keurig and an electric kettle, but you’ll need to byo kcups/instant.) Don’t hesitate to book this waterfront paradise!
