We were blown away by the scenery and cuteness of the treehouse. Definitely would recommend and stay here again! Host was very friendly and helped with all needs.

Place was amazing! Host was extremely friendly and kind! Would highly recommend, plan on bringing ours kids with us next time, place was beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience at the treehouse! Everything was clean and the place is very cute! Kathleen is so kind and welcoming. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

The tree house was very cute and my young girls had a great time and loved all the games and activities for them. However, one of the ladders to get to the loft was not very secure and the only way to affix a gate to the other loft was with a bungee cord, which is also not secure. The larger bed was not very comfortable and I could not get the WiFi to work. We weren’t able to stay longer to enjoy the outdoor area but it was very nice and secluded.

The one ladder is secure, not very often do we rent where we need to add ladder. That is why we bungee cord it. Otherwise it takes up too much room to nail the ladder down. Sorry you didn't think mattress was comfortable, the couple before you, said it was more comfortable that he slept super great. This is a treehouse, not a cabin, picks up tv, sometimes internet. More necessities than most homes, shampoo, toothpaste, robes, food for smores, pop corn, cold drinks. Most places don't carry as many amenities than I have. Sorry you felt like it was a 8, I always get a 9 or 10. I didn't charge for your children, gave you refund, and you were not charged for your dog.

What a glamping experience! Great for all ages. Families with children will adore the loft beds. The hosts are incredibly accommodating. They even provided smores ingredients for your campfire experience. If they aren’t super hosts, they will be soon!

We absolutely loved it here! Was perfect with our baby and teenager, enough space for all of us! Truly such a cozy little treehouse cabin. The outhouse was clean and outdoor shower nice and hot and towels and everything you would ever need were provided. We brought food to cook for breakfast and dinner and the little cook top and pans were all we needed! Thankful for the freezer part of the mini fridge (our freezer packs could refreeze for the way home with pumped milk for baby). The keurig made coffee for one easy for my partner (I drank tea with the kettle). Thankful it is dog friendly as we always travel with our pups! Feels like extra safe with the resident dogs keeping the coyotes away too! We had a deer visit while we were there and that was so nice to see so close! 12/10, hoping we can stay again next fall or spring! Coopers rock overlook did not disappoint! Thank you for everything!! We hope to come back one day with a little more time to explore!

The location is perfect! Out in the woods but just a short drive to town. Kathleen is a great hostess and thinks of all things including snacks. We loved the fire pit.

Beautiful piece of paradise

We had an amazing stay at the treehouse! The property is beautiful and peaceful with accomodations above and beyond for a tiny home atmosphere. We were welcomed and provided a detailed binder with instrucfions and suggestions for in town activities. We are excited to stay again!

Host was great, showed us how everything worked, and where things were stored. Very cozy room, comfy beds, and rustic appeal. Shower was outside, but easy to use and I didn't get cold using it. I will be back, it's a great spot close to WVU and Cheat Lake.

Heaven in Nature

My stay was Amazing!! Kathleen, is an angel and an amazing host! From start to finish I felt like I was in heaven… but in nature! I most certainly will be returning! I encouraged everyone to stay here, believe me you will not regret it!

Booking the house was easy. The process for acceptance took a mater of 2 hours. We stayed at the tree house for 3 nights in August.. We had a wonderful time. Kathleen is great host. The house was stocked with everything you needed. The house was neat and welcoming. She does not only care about you being in the house but you as a person. She gives you text suggestions of attractions in the area. We were out on a rainy day and she texted to make sure we were ok. There are some fine eating establishments in the surrounding area. We plan on returning next year.

Beyond Amazing!

This cabin is just the neatest thing. Besides it being super cozy, it was so clean and everything smelled so fresh. We were a little worried abou the outhouse and outdoor shower, but we soon realized that it was actually a real treat. We where there in the fall and during the day the high was 50 degrees. So even though it was cold the shower was hot and very refreshing. There are so many wonderful touches to the cabin. Kathleen was there to great us, give us a tour, and offer a great little place to eat down the road. Apple Annie's did not disapoint!

Kathleen had everything we needed from seasoning, bug spray, smores/ fire pit supplies, soap, toothpaste brushes, even games and movies. Everything was clean and private, we had a great time relaxing by the fire and in the hammock. Great for anyone by themselves or families. 15 mins from Morgantown and lots of trails around. The road gets a little rough at one point so smaller/lower cars go slow and be careful but it didn’t dampen our stay at all. Kathleen was an amazing host, we appreciate her sharing this beautiful property.
