Cozy family and pet friendly home away from home!

This cozy yet spacious home is perfect for your family and friends to enjoy Big Bear, California! With plenty of living space, entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen, this 2 bed x 2 bath radiates “home away from home.” Everything is just a short 10-15 minute drive, this space is kid and pet-friendly, and there are endless options for adventures with in any season. Moreover, the trees in front of the house will protect you from the summer heat, and the driveway is flat to prevent sliding in the winter. Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway!

THE SPACE
The first bedroom includes one Queen bed, a Twin bunk bed, and an extra Full size mattress. In the closet, there is a 32” TV for entertainment and extra space to store your belongings.

The second bedroom includes one Queen bed and features a window that peeks into the backyard.

There are plenty of extra blankets, towels, and linens in the closets if needed.

The first bathroom is in between the bedrooms and has a spacious tub and shower, while the second bathroom is towards the back of the home and has a shower.

The living room is spacious and has a fireplace, which is perfect for a cozy night in. The 50” TV above the fireplace gives you access to Netflix, Disney+, Max, etc. Additionally, the couch in the living room easily pulls out and turns into a bed for fun movie nights or for extra sleeping options.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need including a blender, crock pot, rice cooker, and even a snow cone maker (perfect for the kiddos!). The dining table can accommodate 6 and there is additional seating on the back patio.

Past the dining area you will find extra living space, equipped with a couch and loveseat which can be used for some quite time or work space, more sleeping options, or a game night area! In this space there are board games, puzzles, and coloring books provided for your group to enjoy.

Additionally, this home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, located in the extra living room.

For your furry friends, there are towels and bowls located in the closet in the back living room, as well as a large kennel and a raised bed.

The backyard is fully gated and has a paved patio with a charcoal grill and tables and chairs for your group to enjoy a relaxed barbecue and play a game of corn hole!

On the front patio, there is additional seating (a great spot to enjoy morning coffee!) and a latched gate to keep your little ones and pets safe.
