Updated cottage with stunning pool
This cottage was recently, renovated with the highest attention to detail and comfort. All new appliances, furniture, bedding, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen. Extras include fenced in yard, large updated saltwater pool, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, high-end appliances including gas range, custom built furniture, luxury bedding and more. Located on a quiet corner, but only a 2 mile bike ride from the beach, this home feels more like home away from home than a vacation rental. The kitchen is well equipped, no need to pack anything for cooking, you're covered. Custom shutters and blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep. The custom ordered furniture was made in North Carolina. Walk to Redfern Village, Southern Soul Barbecue, Bubba Garcias, Omcore Yoga, Dulce Dough, Sandy Bottom Bagels, Uncle Dons and much more. Bike to Coast Guard Station, East Beach, Harris Teeter, The Village and several parks. Owner is a licensed broker in the state of Georgia.

Family Vacation
We had a great stay with our 4yr old and 1 year old. They loved the pool and the house was laid out great for our family! The host was great to communicate with and she gave some good tips of places to eat.

Perfect Beach Vibe
We loved our stay! The cottage has everything you need and was a paradise with the lush landscaping and pristine pool! The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe for a family. Will definitely recommend 100% and if we go back to SSI, will return to!!

We loved staying in this cozy island home! The kitchen was so beautifully designed and it had everything we needed. The pool was perfect, and we appreciated how responsive the owners were when any issues popped up. We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise in SSI
We had an amazing stay! The property was the perfect balance of convenience and privacy—close to so many places, yet it still felt quiet and secluded. The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the pool was a total highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Christy was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Her local recommendations were spot on, and we truly can’t wait to come back again!

Calm summer get away
Quaint home in a quiet neighborhood provided a nice getaway for my family. The pool and backyard is where we spent most of our time. A short drive to the commercial district on St Simons was nice. Home was clean and the communication with the property manager was simple and timely.

We loved our stay at this house! The pool was incredible. Just massive! So much room to just float around. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with high-end appliances! The living room was so comfortable for hanging out and playing games as a family. Check-in and check-out process was as simple as can be. Our family enjoyed a week of sheer relaxation here. It was exactly what we needed after a full summer of going non-stop with activities. So many wonderful memories we will have for years to come.We’d happily stay here again!

The property was beauty! Very clean! Well stocked ktichen and bathrooms! Comfortable beds and couches! Perfect for a relaxing and peaceful get away! We enjoyed the private pool. We usually stay in a house right on the beach, but opted for a private pool this time. I am glad we did! The private pool trumped being on the beach!

Best Experience!
This was hands down one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and truly the most well-stocked property we’ve ever stayed in—every little detail was thoughtfully provided. From the kitchen essentials to cozy extras, we didn’t need a thing. You can tell the owners care deeply about creating a top-tier guest experience. We’re already planning our return. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Relaxing vacation house
Nicely upgraded house with a large kitchen for entertaining and big backyard for cooking out/ pool lounging. House was very clean and organized upon entry. Quiet neighborhood and the host was very helpful with preparations and any concerns. Although not specified in the listing, there are smoke detectors in the house. It was nice to be able to do laundry and dishes at the house if you’re there for an extended stay. We did miss not having toilet paper holders in the bathroom.

Great Stay
We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. Pool was perfect and plenty of room for the family. I’ve never seen a place more stocked for rentals, they have everything there. Christine was great to deal with and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this rental to anyone !!!!!

Great Getaway!
My family and I stayed at this house for over a week during our spring break and had a great time! The house was clean and had everything you could need from towels, kitchen supplies, soap etc. We loved the location and the pool! We have a two year old son who played in the pool almost the whole trip. The outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse when you get back from the beach and you can access it without having to go through the house. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! We will definitely be staying here again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot with a great backyard and pool!

Family Vacation
The beach house is beautifully decorated. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and great entertaining space. The hostess was wonderful at checking in and communicated well before, during, and after the trip. You are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Golf courses are within 10 minutes and the airport is within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. The house has everything you need for a great week at the beach. Pack your swimsuit and clothes and enjoy a relaxing trip. Southern hospitality at its best!

Great Location!
Our family stayed at this location for two weeks to get away from the hectic schedules of daily life! The property was very clean and well kept, location was in a nice quiet area of St. Simons, and the pool was used from sunrise to sunset!!
Proximity to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are just a short golf cart ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks through the quiet neighborhood, pool/beach midday, and the downtown area/pier at night!
Kitchen was well stocked, easy to cook for our group and enjoy a fish fry with our fresh catch from our charter excursion. Bedrooms were perfect and comfy, TVs in all rooms, and the family room area was great for games, building puzzles, and spending perfect time bonding with our kiddos!
Hate that we had to leave and will certainly be back!!!

Great stay, clean, and LOVELY pool!
We LOVED our time here! The house was very clean, cozy, and well stocked with basic necessities. Every time I had a question, the communication was perfect and she was very responsive. Much appreciated! I would have liked there to be beach gear to take to the beach. I ended up renting chairs and an umbrella, and had to spend 180. We were visiting from Iowa, so we couldn't bring things with us. It would have also been nice to have more pool floaties/rafts to use. We purchased our own once we got there. I would highly recommend staying at this place, and would do so again if we return to the area. Very nice place to relax and enjoy the backyard/pool! Lots of shade in the backyard, so even on sunny, hot days, we were still able to enjoy the pool. Having a washer and dryer was super handy as well! I would have liked there to be unscented/non-toxic detergent, but that's a personal preference. Having a vacuum there was nice too so I could vacuum mid-week to keep the floors clean. Thanks again! I miss the pool already. :)
