As you enter this well-appointed abode, you will discover a welcoming living area furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV to keep you entertained during your stay. This is a great spot to unwind, plan your next adventures, and relax with your loved ones. The kitchen has been appointed with everything you need to show off your culinary skills and surprise your guests with delicious treats. This home away from home also enjoys an on-site washer/dryer and free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Clean house very short walk to beach

We loved how it was very clean and exactly as described. We also loved being able to bring our fur babies and the extra touches for them.

Just magically change the neighbors

Overall we loved our stay!! Unfortunately though the neighbor’s dogs are outside day and night and are very protective of the property. It made our dogs that we brought on this vacation super anxious and on edge. It also made it difficult to have our dogs outside. It’s a rustic house that seems like the owners are slowly updating? We couldn’t track down some essentials for cooking. But I’d love to see any updating that might be taking place because the location is amazing! And for the price we’d be fine staying again, without our dogs though.

Guard dogs next door are problematic

This home shares a front area & driveway with the neighbor and their 2 large guard (barking) dogs. This was a problem right away because one of the dogs broke the rope it was tied to and cornered my service dog and me at the side door before we'd gotten to the front door --& I went into trauma mode. My friend dragged the dog away and waited about 2 minutes for the owners to come to the door. For the next 2 days the dogs traded off staying in a small station wagon or being chained in the back of a pickup truck to guard the property. Seeing how they were treated and having to deal with them every time I went outside was awful. The second dog broke loose yesterday and came at friends as they were getting in their car. My dog and I were SO afraid to go outside while we stayed there. Unfortunately, these experiences overshadowed a lot. I would give the house a C+ otherwise. The bottom step to the front door is higher off the ground than it should be, so it was a tripping hazard for us. We'd never used an e-lock and needed about 20 tries before we got it right--and were confident that if we locked the door we'd get back in. The side door lockbox doesn't open because some of the buttons don't function. Overall cleanliness was part of the C+ reason. One of the towels had a dark, curly hair on it. Ew. We found a pair of shorts on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The small skillet was nasty/greasy. 2 things I wish they'd had were a hose for washing dogs, and board games.

Nice stay

The house is nicely done except one of the bedrooms is a little small so hard to move around in. Huge nicely appointed bathroom. Note: no lock on the door. Everything we needed was in the kitchen except dish cloths. There were towels though. The ad says there is a washer and dryer. There might have been but they were behind a locked door. The knives need to be sharpened as we couldn't even cut our buns with them but managed with a butter knife. The grass outside was mostly dead so unfortunately we were tracking it into the house and our vehicles. Otherwise this is a beautiful rustic house and we would recommend it for a stay and would use it again if we were in the area.
