Grands couchers de soleil et levers de soleil phénoménaux sont une vue imprenable depuis le balcon privé de ce condo. Il n'y a nulle part ailleurs pour profiter au maximum de la beauté de la côte d'émeraude. Ce 1bdrm / 2ba a un décor de plage impeccable avec un canapé-lit queen-size et une chaise assise pour profiter des vagues captivantes sur le sable blanc de sucre. Vous pouvez dormir 6 personnes! La chambre principale sur le thème du safari dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche / baignoire combo. Des lits superposés aux couleurs vives sont nichés dans le couloir, parfaits pour les enfants. La salle de bain d'hôtes dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et de nombreux rangements pour les articles de soins personnels. Wonderful condo and enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything went smoothly renting the condo. We appreciated it being on the 3rd floor so that we could take the stairs and avoid the elevator. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean!

Quiet Relaxing Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Pelican Isle #309. It was clean and very quiet. Loved the balcony to see the ocean and relax on the balcony. The mirrors on the wall made it feel much bigger than it actually was. The mattress could be replaced. Seemed to be too soft and broken on one side. Loved that there was no carpet and the floors were easy to clean.

The perfect Vacation Rental

We decided to take a vacation this year after being cautious for over a year and limiting our travel. This place was perfect. We didn’t need to leave the condo for anything, although we did. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! There was plenty room to relax, and the whole arrangement allows you to do just that. Book this condo, you won’t regret it!

The couch is the only place to sit and watch tv. We had to sit on bedroom pillows because the cushions were so uncomfortable. We still got backaches from sitting there. Will not rent this unit again.

My kids LOVED staying in the bunk beds. This is right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The beach chairs and umbrella were very convenient. I loved having a nice washing machine and dryer-- I did laundry every night due to the sand and humidity. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and convenient. Having beach chairs included with the rental was a definite PLUS. The carpet in our room was very dirty and the texture felt gross. Definitely should be replaced. The floors and baseboards could use a good cleaning, and decorative "plants" could use a good dusting. Also, the sofa-bed cushions need cleaning. If the room was cleaned a little better, the stay would have been perfect.

Great location! Missing the touch of home

This condo is great! We enjoyed the location— 5-15 minutes from most anything!! The property was well maintained and the beach chairs were convenient and the layout was nice in the condo. One thing that felt odd was that it was a VRBO, but run like a hotel; starch sheets, and minimal supplies and checkout at 10am. We were asked to bring beach towels, TP, PT, and even salt and pepper. We book these kinds of places for the “home like” experience and I would say it was about half way there… to the owner/manager, I would say hold the bottle of shampoo and give me an extra roll of TP and a few more basic cleaning supplies. We did really appreciate having a vacuum in the condo! Lovely property, just wish the amenities were a bit more accommodating. Thank you!!

My stay July 2022

I would recommend unit 309. However, if you want to avoid restaurants and cook in, the unit is lacking in some pots, pans and glasses. But there is a huge pot for pasta. Storage space is limited too. I couldn’t put my big suitcase in the closet. I had to keep it in the corner of the bedroom all week. It got in the way. But the free parking and the fact that 2 chairs and 1 umbrella comes with the rental was a huge plus.
