Great little condo, having the chairs and umbrella was a huge plus! Bed was comfy and getting to the beach very easy. The only real downside was the traffic; they are working on the bridges and to get anywhere can be a headache. The only suggestions I have to add to the condo is another frying pan, so it would be easier to make breakfast and room darkening curtains in the bedroom.

Amazing and beautiful condo.

This condo was just amazing and beautiful as when I viewed it on line. Walking out on the balcony in the morning for coffee and breakfast then walking out on it in the evening was breathtaking.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything needed with great beach view. Management company was awesome to work with...they communicated everything. And the activities were such a nice bonus. Will definitely go back.

Reviewer Comments: Me and my wife was do for our honeymoon we never had taken. We decided on Florida do to the fact we never been to the state of Florida. Our choice turned out to be very memorable. Just perfect. The condo beach view was the best. Condo was clean but could use so dusting in high ad low places. Made a maintenance call and Brooks and Shorey was right on top of it. All in all we will return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Fort Walton/Destin for our son's beach wedding. The location of the condo was perfect as we love this area. The changes I would recommend are: a new shower head, shower water pressure, upgrade furniture and decor. The view and access to the beach are absolutely perfect. The pool was not desirable and not family friendly. On our last day, we saw a rather large cockroach on the bedroom wall.

1st time stay in Fort Walton

Condo was as shown in the pictures for the listing and clean on our arrival. Unit was ready earlier than our scheduled check-in time which we were notified for. Furniture was as shown in the pictures and clean. Bed for the 1 br and living rm furniture were comfortable which we were very thankful for due to a day and half of rain. Although the condo was pleasant I don't know if I would stay there again due to those around us and the loudness projected from the condo above and the families (2) that were in it during our stay. Understanding that only the parents that have rented the condos around you have the control over the kids who stay with them. As I stated this was our first time to Fort Walton but we have been traveling to Florida for over 10 years using VRBO for well over half our stays and have been very happy with the units leased.

Nice stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a decent stay. I knew the location was low key and safe. The building itself is very old, so the walls seem paper thin. Very noisy in general. 11:00pm I could hear guests/children screaming down the halls. The decorations and aesthetics of the unit were also outdated, not a major flaw, just something we noticed. It should be noted if you stay that the beach service is first come first serve, if you aren't down by 8:00am reserving chairs, you may not get one for the day. Beach service was hard to find and some days never even checked on us. The pool was in the parking lot and not ideal. Most things "to do" are in Destin which is a 15-20 minute drive. When I return, I will be looking for another condo to stay in.

Wonderful stay

Great customer service staff, easy check in and check out. Would stay again.
