No matter the season, rest assured that fun memories will be created around the shared hot tub, pool, tennis court, and game room.

When exploring away from your stay, make sure to bring your skis and hiking boots. Less than 14 miles away you'll find the Haystack Golf Course, Hogback Mountain Conservation Area, Mount Snow, Timber Creek Cross Country Ski, and Prospect Mountain Ski Area....Stratton Mountain is 21 miles away.

Back at your stay, you'll feel right at home amongst the comfortable furnishings, warm wood finishes, and modern amenities. Cozy up in front of the heat of the fireplace in the living room while streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. When hunger arises, utilize the well-appointed kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, games, a high chair, partial air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer.

As the stars begin to fill the vast night sky, fire up the gas grill, followed up with s'mores prepared around the firepit.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
AC units are in the primary bedroom, dining room, and living room downstairs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
