Kitchen and Dining-
This wide open kitchen features a massive marble island, with seating for three, perfect for bringing everybody together to enjoy yummy food and share stories. This brand new kitchen has everything needed for you to cook up everything from a batch of cookies to a full home cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Here you will have access to all the essential kitchen tools and Bosch appliances.

Living Room-
Bring the outdoors inside with this coastal elegant, open plan, living space. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart tv and gather everybody on the cozy couch after a long day of fun. The big, glass sliding doors allow the Florida sunshine into the home with beautiful views of the private backyard pool, covered dining area, and waterfall feature.

Outdoor Living Space-
Create memories of a lifetime enjoying the Florida sunshine by this stunning private pool with a covered patio area. The pool is brand new and heated to perfection and has a hot tub and a sun shelf for relaxing in the sun. The covered patio has a flat screen TV (perfect for gameday!), seating for all, as well as a ceiling fan to help cool you off. For your convenience there is a private half bathroom located right beside the pool. There is also a grill for the perfect vacation dinner.


Sleeping Arrangements-
This home comfortably sleeps eight within 3 King-size bedrooms and a bunk bed. Each bed is dawned with fresh linens and to ensure a restful night's sleep. Make yourself at home and enjoy one of the three and a half sparkling bathrooms, all stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels. Indulge in a warm shower after a long day.

I'd recommend getting more comfortable pillows in the master bedroom and higher quality linens. There was some mold in the washer and shower. The grill was difficult to start. Pool, kitchen and location were great. Overall, a great stay and a few tweaks could make it even better.

We take great pride into our cleaning, and I'm sorry that you saw some mold in shower. I wish you would have called me, and we would have had this taken care of asap! We had an amazing experience at this house. The pool was amazing and the layout and amenities were top notch. The beach towels, chairs and umbrellas made beach days so much easier. Thank you for helping us create amazing family memories

We have stayed in Naples Park beforeThis house has a lot of issues…Pool system did not work the entire time we were there.Dish disposal is broken on arrivalBarely any bath towels5 remotes for 2 tvs in which the “ outdoor “ remote would turn off the indoor tv…. Get a Roku !Backyard fence was splattered with grass clippings around the entire premises of the poolLoose paver stones on the poolThe table might be Outdoor TV was mainly a table tray that cost maybe eight dollarsBroken tile on the poolMold and trash around these pool system with no fence around it which means you’re listening to a pool pump the entire time you’re sitting outside Zero lounge chairs…. There were two dated Adirondack chairs. That’s it.No Lanai screens on the patio Half of grill burners didn’t work and the grill was dirty Overall, this property is not worth the money and a severely outdated with mechanical issues. You can find much newer properties with nicer pools and outdoor areas that have more amenities.The property manager was very accommodating a lesson and we booked this rental extremely last minuteBut there’s no way we would ever stay here longer-term or recommend it

Family Fourth of July vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and nicely decorated bedrooms. Check-in was super easy the hosts made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area, which was perfect for relaxing and grilling in the evenings. The location is also great just a short drive to the beach! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was very good, communication was very good with the owner of the property, but the floor around the pool has many loose tiles, and that is dangerous. They should also not do the gardening when the property is rented.

Thank you for the review and feedback Deysi! All rental properties have lawn care and pool maintenance included and needs to be attended to once a week. That is something that cannot go by without it being handled. Your stay was during the summer and its rainy season here. If the lawns are not taking care of, you'll be surrounded by a jungle, and you don't want that happening. You would have unwanted visitors. Girls Pickleball Trip Oct 2024

My friends and I stayed from Wednesday thru Sunday. We loved the house and enjoyed our stay. We played pickleball every morning and then came back to the house to swim and soak in the sun.

Enjoyed our stay

We were 7 adults, 1 teen, a 2 1/2 and 4 year old, plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the pool and the spacious house is stocked nicely with plenty of kitchenware. Great location, the beach, shopping and dining are very close by. An added bonus is that the garage is stocked with bicycles! 5 stars

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Our family had the best time at this beautiful home that served as a relaxing oasis from the spring break crowds. This brand new home is peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool and backyard area is a dream. We enjoyed walks to Vanderbilt beach each morning (only 1 mile from the house). The house was well equipped with everything you would need both in the home and for the beach, and communication with the management company was very easy and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as advertised. Very clean, pool and hot tube were great. Would go back again. Had to have Jennifer come over and help us download the pool app to control the pool. She came quickly and it went perfect. The patio and grill were very nice.

Beautiful Naples Park house, but had many issues

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We hoped to give a wonderful review, but were sadly disappointed. We arrived to a beautiful newly constructed house which is currently for sale. It was obvious the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and was simply left staged for us to use as is. The floors were dusty and our feet were covered in dust bunnies and general filth from traffic in and out. We spent the first morning of our vacation vacuuming. The kitchen is modestly equipped, but with Calphalon cookware peeling off. The outdoor grilling area/patio was fantastic.The pool was very nice, but dirty. There were also no instructions for using the hot tub, and it turned out we needed an app to control the pool functions and use the spa. I expected this information would have been provided to us ahead of time. Our next issue although not at fault of Naples Vacations involved a domestic dispute next door. We had to listen to multiple nights of hollering and profanity. To be honest, it made us feel a little unsafe.The house is equipped with a security system, however some of the batteries were dead in the window sensors, and one night, the system started alarming and required us to remove the batteries. I expected the security system would have been in proper working order prior to our arrival.Perhaps the most upsetting part of our trip was when we returned from the beach and found a pool construction team cutting stone spewing dust throughout the pool area onto our towels and bathing suits. We signed a short term rental agreement which clearly states we were to be notified about anyone needing access to the home during our stay. The Naples Vacations manager claimed neither they or the homeowner were aware of the pool construction happening that day, however this was a violation of their agreement with us. We did enjoy our vacation, but would not stay here again, and recommend not renting with Naples Vacations given their lack of concern for

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are renting houses in Naples Park for many years and this is a TOP house!!!Everything is new ... the house is very well equipped!We ride to the beach almost every day with the bikes!We will be back next year... hopefully this house will be available.
