Bedroom #2 upstairs is equipped with 2 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, & also has a dedicated workspace area and 1 Smart TV). Bedroom #3 upstairs is equipped with 1 Queen bed & a Smart TV. & lastly, bedroom #4 is equipped with 1 Queen bed downstairs and Smart Tv.



Step outside to discover your private paradise. The heated saltwater pool/spa is fully enclosed by a Lanai, keeping your space bug-free while you soak up the Florida sunshine. Sun loungers are ready for lazy afternoons, and the jacuzzi is the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine as the day winds down.



In the outdoor patio area we have a a dining table that comfortably seats 10 people as well as a propane gas grill

to enjoy dinners with family while watching the beautiful Naples sunsets!



On top of this, in the outdoor patio area we have 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and another seating area that comfortably seats 5 people.



Throughout the luxury property there are 5 TV's for you, your family, and friends to enjoy! (76" TV in the living room, Master Bedroom 55" TV, Bedroom #2 55" TV, Bedroom #3 55" TV, & Bedroom #4 55" TV)



The property also comes with an on-site washer and dryer so forget about the inconvenience of needing to go to a laundromat during your stay to wash your groups' clothes.
