Great location

House was great in a great location close to the beach and shops. The property manager had great communication if something was missing was quick to help. The house was equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen as well.

I can't say enough great things about this property! The home was AMAZING, so comfortable and in a great location! It had everything we needed and more...plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, pool toys and games. Anthony is wonderful! I will absolutely use this beautiful home again when in Naples.

We had a very nice week at the property. Had a group of 10 people, and we all had our space there. Kids loved the pool. Anthony (prop mgr) was super responsive in terms of general outreach; reached out on his own to let us know we could get in early (was very appreciated), scheduled in through week, and answered questions. House had plenty of beach toys/wagon/chairs to use. It was an enjoyable week there.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Anthony was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, and the house was immaculate! The house was equipped with every kitchen supply/utensil you'd need to cook/dine, the beach toys, wagon and chairs were awesome to have, and every bedroom was so comfortable and had it's own smart tv. The pool and hot tub were amazing and nice and warm, we swam at all hours of the day! Location is perfect, so close to the beach and many restaurants, stores, etc. All the towels and linens you'd need as well which was great for our beach and pool days. The master bedroom and kitchen were stunning, and the outdoor kitchen/dining area was perfect for grilling and hanging with friends. We already want to come back next year! 10/10

Home was beautiful! The only minor glitch was that we had to trouble shoot with the pool and spa heater. There were clear instructions; however it didn't mention the exterior breaker located at the side of the house that needed to be turned on.

Amazing

This property was amazing… clean, a well stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels and plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Our family loved staying here. Pool was great for our kiddos. Really can’t say enough about the house and the property manager. He was great to work with. Would recommend this property.

Great family home

Great house and was perfect for us - 6 adults, 2 kids. Especially liked the layout of the house and pool with outside patio. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Host also checked in and made sure we were all set. Would definitely stay again and also recommend.

A perfect VRBO with a great host!

What a house! We had a wonderful stay in March 2024. The house was impeccably clean and stocked with everything your family might need while visiting Naples! The beds were new and clean, as well as all furnishings. We were so impressed with the assortment and quality of the kitchen cutlery, pans, storage options and utensils. The host, Anthony, was wonderful! He was available when we needed him and helpful in every way. He hosts with a midwestern hospitality and friendliness that made us feel right at home! This house was absolutely wonderful! We will be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Best house we’ve VRBO’d

The floor plan was perfect for two families of 4, the pool/hot tub was great and the house itself is amazing. The owners didn’t spare a single expense on anything. High end furniture, great mattresse, sheets, pot pans, appliances etc. Anthony the property manager was absolutely terrific and extremely responsive. He came over on a Sunday night at 8pm without complaint to teach me how to use the hot tub and was there in less than 15 minutes. He answered multiple questions while we were there as well. Everything about our stay was great. Can’t wait to stay at this property again.

Tasteful, luxurious furnishings throughout, heated saltwater pool and spa, and also a free Electric Vehicle Charging station. The property is equipped with anything one might need for the vacation of a lifetime, including numerous beach accessories.
