Discover the ideal couple's retreat or a cozy weekend escape for a small family at our charming bungalow. With over 1100 sq ft of inviting space, it's the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a family trip with a perfectly sized pool for summer breaks or holiday vacations. Situated just East of Downtown Palm Springs, the home offers both seclusion and convenience, with nearby shopping centers and everyday necessities at your fingertips.
Please note that while the home is exclusively yours, there is an unoccupied owner's suite that is locked off and separate from the guest area.
While the home is not in the direct flight path, occasional airport noise may be heard. Palm Springs International Airport is centrally located, making some level of aircraft noise common throughout the city. Guests who are sensitive to sound should keep this in mind when booking.
POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87Âș from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-NovemberâMarch: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stayâwe cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
