The house has central A/C with each bedroom having its own window unit for added comfort. Enjoy a cool night's sleep even in the hottest parts of summer.

We have a doorbell security camera used to monitor the front exterior of the property and a camera that monitors the pool equipment located on the side of the property that actively records audio and video.
