Nice condo with a beautiful view. Very clean and well appointed. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice on a October cool-weather day.

We enjoyed the ocean front views, the updates are nice. The building is going through some renovations but the condo inside was much better. The included linens and towels added a bonus, we had plenty. The suggestion we would make is adding more furniture to the balcony, the unit our friends stayed in had a full set of furniture outside so we all hung out there a bit one evening. Overall though we loved our stay. All questions I had got answered within minutes, great communication.

The room was perfect for our family, it had a beautiful ocean front view! The room was very well kept and there was plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing!!! We felt as if we were at home, considering that the updated decor was similar to our own living environment!! Very, clean, accessible to the beach, attentive host, restaurants and just everything! We loved it, and hope to be back real soon!!

I and 2 friends had a wonderful getaway vacation that was very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Unit was very clean with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, good view and beds were comfortable. Washer & dryer was useful. If you have movie apps (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc) at home make sure you know your logins and you can access on the tv here and continue to enjoy watching movies. We enjoyed watching many movies. Building is quite a not many people there during our stay. Communication for any assistance is strictly by phone (text/number to call and speak with someone) if needed. Bring anything that will make your stay comfortable and feel like home. ACME grocery store, Dollar Store and liquor stores nearby.

The condo was amazing. The views of the ocean from the bedroom window and the balcony were my favorite. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were more than willing to help with anything we needed. We will Definity be staying here again in the near future!

Easy, Breezy, Summertime!This updated condo was such a refreshing find. The large window in the bedroom made the space feel open and restful—like a true place to unwind. Many rentals in Ocean City feel outdated despite similar pricing, so staying in a clean, modern condo with an ocean view was a real treat.Some bathroom toiletries were provided (with very nice packaging), but if you’re traveling with family or planning a week-long stay, I’d recommend bringing your own extras.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again.

The Marigot Beach Condominiums is one of my preferred destinations to stay in North Ocean, Maryland, due to its exceptional quality and prime location. Having been a repeat guest since 2016, I can attest to its enduring appeal. Initially, the competitive pricing of this particular unit captured my attention. Upon reviewing the photographs of the unit, I was impressed by its aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, its beachfront location is a significant advantage. The condo itself was immaculately maintained, from the front door to each room. One of the primary reasons I appreciate staying at the Marigot Beach Condominiums is its proximity to various amenities. The nearest grocery store Acme and TJ Maxx are conveniently located just a block away. The condominiums are also close to several restaurants, including Sofia's, Green Turtle, and Denny's too. The host provided excellent support, promptly addressing my inquiries. I am eager to book this accommodation again next year.

Some small things that I found frustrating: Broken door handle (looked like it was about to fall out) on the 2nd bedroom and my son kept forgetting & getting stuck. The sliding door to the balcony barely opened wide enough to get out there. No games. No sponges or kitchen cloths. No dishwasher pods (so we left some behind for the next person). No coffee pods for the Keurig. The headboards wiggled and banged against the wall super easily(for children who move around alot in their sleep this is annoying). These things were just not what I expected from the photos and the price. And honestly I just didn't have it in me to contact anyone about it because we checked in later in the evening and were only going to be there for 2 full days and I needed to relax. We would have appreciated some handsome/dish soap also. Just a nice thing to have for guests and neither super hard to accommodate nor expensive.***However, checkin and checkout were a breeze. Overall it was lovely, welcoming, clean, & comfy after long days at the beach and the pool. We appreciated the nice sized kitchen table to play cards & board games. Location was perfect because we were beach/ocean facing and a 2 minute walk from the sand. We could literally find any store/restaurant/entertainment in a 5 minute drive. Loved our trip. And the view from the room was absolutely amazing!!

Labor Day birthday getaway

We had a great stay here. The view and location were wonderful. The master bed was a king and very comfortable. Overall the place was clean a few things that needed attention. The closets need hangers. Some luggage stands would be nice too. The pullout sleep sofa bed appeared new and was comfortable but there was no dedicated linens for it. We had to borrow from other beds. The bathrooms are upgraded and are very nicely done. The kitchen is beautiful but needs to have more essentials. There were no baking sheets, limited drinking glasses and only one wineglass. The dishwasher also was not working for our stay. We arrived a little earlier than expected and inquired about getting into condo earlier than 4 but sadly were not given access. Even with that said we would still stay here again. Very receptive management/owners with quick replies to problems.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was nicely decorated, clean and the balcony view was just breath taking, especially for the sunrise. Location was great, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
